I have been having these lions mane for a couple of weeks now and they seem to have a positive effect on my general mood and help me to be more productive I feel like almost a slight boost of energy like a want to get up and go and find myself worrying less about little irrelevant things that I would normally overthink about not sure if this is too much info but sins taking these I have also been going number 2 more and seems to be healthy haha

The doing good

I was recommended the magnesium tablets and started to take the immune synergy at the same time, the hope was that they would help with sleep and a general feeling of well-being… I can honestly say that I feel the difference when I don’t take them or have missed one, they have definitely given me a sense of calm and keeps the anxiety at bay , sleep is of a better quality and even when I do wake up I’m not hours trying to get back off, which I believe is linked to the supplements. I would recommend trying and finding out what works for you.

One for myself in Lancashire and one for my daughter who lives in London.

Delivery was supposed to be 1st class signed for 2 working days.

I eventually received mine last week but my daughter is still waiting for hers!!! No email to apologise for the delay, nothing!

I’ve never really taken any Brain supplements before but these really shocked me and I began to see a difference in my mental well-being after about 10 days of taking them’ I was very shocked but surprised as I suffer with anxiety real bad. Great service and quick delivery. I do not think the magnesium tablets were for me, as I did not notice much difference using them. However, I am led to believe from friends, that they are good for ladies going through the tropical phase of life! Perhaps something I will keep in mind.
