Brainium Information Technologies Anmeldelser

I have worked with Brainium for a number of years and have had great success with their team on a number of website and app development projects. Brainium has always delivered great work, on time and on budget.

Avoid this company at all costs. Branium is a basement-level developer mill that hires the cheapest, least experienced programmers with a little to no management.

Despite paying for a senior level team, the developers were so incompetent, that Branium itself fired and rehired the team three times during the course of our project. This incompetence was driven by Prakash, the project manager, who wss absent through most of the process, requiring us to work directly with the developers. Despite claiming he was managing the team, the developers’ work was sloppy, late, and not inline with project requirements. The sheer incompetence of this company is only overshadowed by their lack of ethics.

The delivered code was of such poor quality, we had to scrap the entire $50,000 project. Despite continued assurances from Dave Dutt and the management team of the delivery schedule, the project blew through every deadline by several months. Despite detailed project documentation, mock-ups, and site maps, the fragments they did deliver were full of bugs, despite strong assurances of a dedicated quality control team.

Besides not finishing or delivering the project, Branium Infotech kept the balance of our unspent budget and despite promising a refund, never delivered. Throughout our eight months working with them, the only consistency in our interaction was stringing us along, always promising completion within days. Days turned into weeks, and weeks turned into months - and despite the constant assurances, the deliverables never arrived.

Communication with Branium Infotech is only effective when they already ready to collect your money. Invoices come quickly, deliverables are always late.

We have worked with several Indian development companies over the last decade, and Branium Infotech easily ranks as the absolute worst. Branium Infotech is a scam, and we hope to save you the pain and cost we experienced by exploring other companies with higher quality developers, a more ethical management team, with at least the basic competency to manage your project.

Thanks for your wonderful support Saikat team especially I would like to Thank Sandip for your wonderful support for my UI web design project and guiding me to complete all tasks on time. I would recommend everyone for their Project support

I've worked with Brainium on my web site for months and they have done a beautiful job - accurate, professional, responsive, innovative, and affordable. I would highly recommend their services.

One of the best IT companies with employee friendly working policies. I started here recently and the experience till now have been one of the best. Team leads are extremely cooperative and encouraging.

I'm the owner of Indusmonk Pvt. Ltd. Company. We specialize in Online Multi-vendor eCommerce Services Provided to Local Indian Retailers.

Our company was looking for a service provider that specializes in e-commerce solutions. Finding an effective and reliable service provider was quite challenging. Especially during the lockdown and having to do business remotely via Skype, email, and WhatsApp. Brainium was one of the providers that met the requirements, and we were very happy with their help even before we decided who our service provider would be. Mr.Saikat Gupta, Mrs. Megha Pachorkar, And My Whole Development Team from Brainium are very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make the choice easy for us. Brainium is affordable, provides excellent service, and has taken us seamlessly from concept to completion.

Brainium assisted us in setting up a very professional marketplace and e-stores. It gives us a competitive edge.

Even though Our companies are situated in different states in India, it has never felt like we could not reach them. We operate seamlessly and love the fact that we can speak directly with our developer and brief him directly.

One Thing To Improve Is Give Perfect Deadline Of Project I know You Have Also Have some conditions But Brainium Try Theire Best

I am very happy with the results that Brainium has brought for my website in such a short time (3 months), in terms of SEO ranking and traffic. The content team is equally helpful in addressing my concerns and delivering positive results on time. Overall my experience has been great. They have an excellent team, always available for the client.

Working with this company was difficult since the beginning. I was promised that my app and website will be developed on time. This did not happen. They kept extending the deadline, even though they knew that I have a precise deadline time. They did not even finish the basic page of the app and website, not to even mention the editors' panel website. I spent almost 6000 euros and paid in advance. I hired this company as they have promised me that they can do it yet they proved wrong. I spent so much time and my energy explaining the details to them, drawing, taking photos, and writing emails, I could do this app on my own in that time. They did not answer my emails, fix the problems. I lost all the money. App and website are not finished even in 30 %. There is nothing I can do with it. Trying to work with this company was a nightmare. Run as far as you can from them. I still did not get my money as they do not pick up the legal letter.

Brainium built this excellent App for us. The delivered Product was beyond our expectations. They have got an excellent team who delivered the App on time and post deployment Support was awesome.

Awasome service.
The support team was quick to respond and help me meet my specific needs.Would definitely recommend this company.

Brainium developed a ride sharing app for us. We asked three more companies but Brainium’s approach was fantastic. Developers listened to our feedback and were dedicated to offering swift solutions. Internal stakeholders are pleased with the development process. Thank you guys. God bless!

Brainium is a customer focused company. Just tell them what you want and you'll be amazed at the quality of what you get. They are open, easily available and always have a solution for almost any challenge. If you want to build a mobile app, just call on them and thank me later.

I'm a London based therapist and in November 2020 I paid this company $500 plus an additional $750 so total of $1250 to build a relatively straightforward website.
After dozens of emails,Whatsapp and telephone conversations I seem no nearer to getting a live website. They have wasted so much of my time , taken almost £1,000 sterling.
Ive given the so many opportunites to deliver my website but all I get is "Can you wait until Friday ?" week in week out for months,
If I could rate them less then One star I would, all very stressful and disappointing.
