Great experience
Honest, friendly and a lovely car
Ben was friendly and genuine and not pushy at all. He held on to the car for a few days so I could get cheaper insurance then dropped it to my house :) love the car and it came with a 3month warranty too

We recently had an excellent experience…
We recently had an excellent experience dealing with Ben. No pressure and nothing was too much trouble. Ben was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He even delivered the car which he didn’t have to do. Would highly recommend and will be using him again in the future if we need to purchase another car.

Bought a car for my eldest daughter…
Bought a car for my eldest daughter from Ben. Lovely car, great price.
We had a few initial niggles that were dealt with in a prompt & professional fashion. Extremely pleased.
Bradleys will be my first point of call for my 2 younger children for their first cars next year. Highly recommended.

Great experience dealing with Ben
Great experience dealing with Ben. Really helpful and communicative but no high pressure sales techniques. We travelled from Suffolk for a hard to find model and the whole experience was absolutely faultless. The car we bought is beautifully maintained. Would definitely buy from them again. Type of service you just don’t get from bigger dealers.

Great service
I contacted Ben to arrange a digital viewing of a car he had for sale. He sent me very thorough videos of the car and additional photographs the same afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond - with complete honesty and no pressure. An absolutely fantastic service - if only all car sales were like this.

Seamless car selling experience
Ben from Bradleys Cars offered me a superb service in selling my car. I needed to sell my hatchback and opted to go with Bradleys instead of the online car buying websites. Everything was seamless and pleasant with Ben. He pre-arranged to inspect the car and agreed on a very reasonable purchase price. Communication was very clear and straightforward. I then dropped off the car and completed the transaction with them - really convenient and helpful. I would recommend Bradleys Cars to anyone.

My experience with Ben was great
My experience with Ben was great from start to finish. I called to arranged a time to view/test drive the car and wasnt even asked for a deposit like some pushy salemen will try. The car had a new MOT even though when Ben got it there was already an 11 month MOT on it This shows he wants to make sure his cars are inspected and safe regardless of any paperwork already with the car.
I had a great test drive, again without Ben trying to push anything.
I was happy with the car so bought it and Ben even gave me some part exchange value for a car that being honest is probably not financially viable to sell just to help me out a bit.
I feel confident that if I have any issues with the car in the coming months Ben will help sort out and I will keep him in mind for my next purchase.
