Ben was very helpful right from the first time I called (which was very late compared to most places!). Arranged a convenient time for viewing and even took the liberty of finding out some history of use from the previous owner so we had a better idea of the car’s life before us. Guided us through all the required documentation to make sure we left safely as well as satisfied, and just generally well experienced with a wealth of knowledge in the industry. People would buy used cars more often if there were more professional car salesmen like him out there. Confident enough in his handling of the vehicle to give us a year’s warranty, we’re very happy with the purchase. Keep up the great work, highly recommended!

Like a lot of people these days I decided to purchase my next (and first) vehicle online. There are many different platforms you can do this through mostly wiithout even seeing the vehicle in the "flesh".

What Bradley's Cars have done (Benjamin) has taken this and embraced it giving customers the experience they deserve when making a big purchase. I was extremely happy with every aspect of my experience and very excited when Benjamin picked me up at the train station to take me to see my new vehicle for the first time.

I had my doubts about the actual "first" viewing of the vehicle but was blown away how fantastic it was! Even more so than the video's and photo's I had been sent over several weeks.

Very helpful and a lovely to deal with. I had lots of questions before buying the car, and he was always quick to respond with clear and honest answers, no matter the time of day.
The car looks great, and he was even able to deliver it, and help with the ownership transfer, and sorting out the taxation. Overall, an excellent experience, I would recommend.

Ben was fantastic start to finish, clearly communicated with us and allowed us plenty of no pressure time to go through the car. We negotiated a couple of hundred off as I was taking the car as/is without prep, but he was really easy to deal with and a credit to the car trade!
