Bradley Morrell Solicitors Anmeldelser

Our house purchase encountered a boundary issue but our solicitor was so supportive professional and kept us informed of any progress through the couple of months it took to sort.

Mr Neil Bradley and the team can only be described as superb.
Neil went above and beyond with our dealings.
He is a modern, very professional solicitor, and he deserves 10 ⭐️

The team over at Bradley Morrell have helped, guided and supported me beyond measure throughout my house purchase. They respond very with high levels of detail, professionalism, and often will provide support out of office hours.

In full transparency, the quote was approximately £120 off the final invoice, however, this was due to some searches that were required after instruction etc. so there is no negativity towards the team, and they had provided clear notice in advance for this too, so hats off to them! There is also everything included in the initial quote minus issues that arise such as extra searches. This means, unlike some solicitors, you do not get charged for email or telephone communication.

Everything was done with speed, efficiency, and detail, and we were always waiting on the sellers solicitors, as Bradley Morrell were so quick!

Overall, I recommend with all my heart that you use Bradley Morrell the next time you purchase a home, I know I certainly will be!

Excellent service. Everything dealt with efficiently and in a professional manner. Also very competitively priced. Would definitely use again.

Everything was explained to us clearly by Neil. He kept in touch with us throughout the process. Excellent service.

Great service and always helpful. Very professional and quick solicitors. Highly recommend.

Neil was extremely helpful when guiding us through the process of our first house purchase. Very attentive, Always happy to answer questions, kept us in the loop constantly and just made a potentially stressful process as easy and straight forward as possible. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience, would highly recommend Bradley Morrell to anyone!

Neil and the team have been great. After reading online about house purchases taking forever due to slow solicitors, I was worried but this wasn't the case here. All my queries were answered promptly, even WAY outside business hours - just goes to show there are hard working conveyancers out there and Bradley Morrell are in that rare group :)

Neil has been doing some legal work for us recently and the professionalism and prompt action made sure the task went smoothly.
I would not hesitate in recommending Bradley Morrell Solicitors to you.

Neil was brilliant throughout the entire process (as were his team), which was reassuring for me as a first-time buyer!

All communications were very prompt and friendly, and it never felt like anything was too much trouble. Responses to my questions and emails were super quick (Neil even responded on evenings and weekends to help keep things moving) and I felt like I was kept up to date with what was happening the whole way through.

I would highly recommend Bradley Morrell to anybody looking for a trusted conveyancing solicitor, and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Thanks again Neil!

Absolutely top quality service.

Neil & the team at Bradley Morrell assisted myself & my mother with the sale & purchase of a property. It wasnt the easiest of transactions - but Neil took the care & consideration to our circumstances and she moved into her new home last week.

Many thanks to the whole team!

Would not hesitate to recommend.

Was put in touch with Bradley Morell by Financial Advisor and what a great shout! Personal, face-to-face meetings and so efficient. Best experience ever with solicitor dealing with equity release and conveyancing. Would definitely recommend and use again. Brilliant!

Neil and his team were superb. They answered all my queries really promptly and made the process really easy. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Highly recommend this solicitor. Very helpful and reassuring, kept me updated throughout the process. Had our offer accepted beginning of July, ready to complete by October. We were at the bottom of a chain. Prices are very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you to Neil and his team.

We can’t praise Neil and his team enough for completing our house purchase.

With the property having a boundary issue it took fifteen months to complete, this was through no fault of ours or Bradley Morrell. It was a frustrating time but Neil guided us through each step of the way keeping us updated and was always quick to reply to any questions we had (there were many!).

Once the sellers solicitor had solved the boundary issue with land registry, Neil and his team made sure all the documents were correct, dealt with our help to buy ISAs, secure a completion date and exchange contracts within two weeks which we were delighted at the speed of.

I can’t recommend Bradley Morrell highly enough and would like to thank them all again for seeing our house purchase through. 5*
