Bradley Morrell Solicitors Anmeldelser

Great service helping us in the purchase of our first property together - very thorough and informative. Communicated well throughout the process and easy to deal with, friendly team. Would not hesitate to recommend or use for any future needs. Thank you!

Excellent, personal and efficient, service, from Neil Bradley. Which did, involve a home visit.
During which, everything, was clearly explained by him.
The whole thing, being completed satisfactorily, in a little under three weeks, from start to finish.
Thanks Neil.

Neil was excellent.
Provided fast responses, and was happy to explain complex legal jargon in an understandable way.

Neil was recommended to us and I'm really glad he was. From our first contact with the office the service we received was first class. Neil came to our home to discuss our requirements. He was very thorough and easy to talk to. We immediately felt confident that he would look after our best interest. All charges were discussed up front.
Everything completed on time.
All in all a first class service

If I could give more than 5 stars then I would. From the initial query right through to completion Bradley Morrell have been fantastic. The communication was fantastic and even when I felt I was asking a silly question I was reassured by Natalie. For me this made a stress free sale for which I am extremely grateful. Thank you to all the team.

Smooth house purchase

Bradley Morrells were reccomended by an estate agent we were working with on our property purchase. After doing a few quotes between various solicitors, they came up as the most affordable. Our property purchase was a gruelling 7-month drag and our solicitor, Neil Bradley, was always on hand to help with our enquiries, no matter how complicated. Neil never missed an email and was always quick to respond, his responses also always being fair and understandable. Neil raised concerns about the septic tank on the property we were purchasing and strongly advised we have a survey of it. The conclusion of the survey was that the entire system needed replacing, which was done prior to completion due to the due diligence of his work, saving us 10k+. If we need a solicitor for sale or purchase in the future, we will definitely be back for Bradley Morrels solicitors. We would highly reccomend them!

I can’t recommend Bradley Morrell Solicitors highly enough, I have used several solicitors in the past and non were anywhere near as professional, attentive and helpful throughout.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and they would respond so quickly (even on weekends and evenings)
These will be the only solicitors I would recommend in the future without a doubt.

We are so pleased we used Bradley Morrell for our recent house purchase. They provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. The communication we received from them was amazing, they would even reply to emails out of office hours. We would definitely recommend these solicitors and would not hesitate to use them again if needed in the future. Thanks again for a great service.

Great support to help sell our late Mum's house. Made the whole process easy and provided great advice when the process slowed because of delays to probate. A really helpful and professional service.

10/10 great people not been a easy sale but got us there kept us informed all way through definitely use again

From start to finish my sale ran smoothly , all
the staff was friendly and reliable.
What a great team ,,, highly recommended

Our purchase was made much less stressful than expected by the constant updates and communication, Neil in particular was very helpful and was happy to answer and explain any parts of the purchasing process that we didn’t know as first time buyers. Each time I contacted, a response was received within a day, normally just a couple of hours. As a first time buyer, I’d definitely recommend

A very professional service from start to finish. Neil and the team were always available to answer any queries that we had. Highly recommended.

Very efficient, professional company, and very proactive with the sale of our property. All the staff I had contact were very professional and courteous, special thanks to Bernice, Natalie, and Emily who all worked hard to achieve the sale and ensured I was providing necessary documents etc. in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend Bradley Morrell Solicitors.

House Purchase.
Excellent service from start to finish. Kept informed as to what was happening all the way through the process.

Bradley Morrell, you have been fantastic, thank you!

From start to finish, each member of their team were friendly and helpful.

Solicitors in conveyancing have such an awful reputation. No matter who you speak to, everybody says 'Solicitors are a nightmare, they hold up the process, they're unresponsive...' but Bradley Morrell have honestly proved that theory wrong. They were all professional and responsive. This especially includes George Sales, Nicki Bradley, Natalie Bailey and Heather Goodall.

Thank you for enabling our house sale and purchase to progress so quickly, hassle free.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, I would recommend this company to anybody.

Seamless service from start to finish! I had a lot of anxiety going through with this house purchase due to just having a horrendous experience on another property where the service from a different solicitor made me poorly with stress and I ended up pulling out. The service received by Neil and his team on the transaction I instructed them for couldn’t have been more opposite and was a pleasant experience. Any anxiety I had was very quickly relieved due to their professionalism and kind nature. Neil was informative throughout and was always very quick to respond with updates or to any queries, the transaction sailed through. I am very grateful for their service and will definitely be using again for future purchases and recommending to friends and family. Thank you!
