Ordered testing kit online. Instructions were straight forward. Sent four samples by post and the results were emailed back soon after.

Only concern was that on ordering online I did not receive a confirmation of order / payment by email. Had to communicate via the website support to confirm this had gone through. It would be helpful if they fixed this.

I made use of this company’s service to conduct a test on a sample from my loft,A kit containing a paper suit gloves and mask was duly despatched along with sample bags and a addressed and postage payed envelope to return the sample in.It was tested quickly and a reply with certification was emailed. All in all a efficient and reasonably priced service. Convenient to.

Easy to use with a fast turnaround of a day or three depending on weekends and postal time. Our first sample came back negative so we continued digging and didn't hesitate to use Bradley again when we discovered more suspicious-looking stuff. A bit of a faff when digging up an old vinyl floor but better to be safe than sorry!

We did 4 samples and are happy with the result. We made a call to check our samples had been received and when our results would be and they answered our questions immediately.

Brilliant staff easy to get to and great food

I was disappointed that the trainer for this course was not mindful of timekeeping. He talked about the subject matter and then went through slides in great detail which gave the same information. Being in a small room with only 4 others for a long day was not particularly enjoyable.
The content was interesting and informative and he was clearly an expert, but listening to it once would have been enough!
