Having filled out an interest form, BQI got back to me with a phone call within minutes. I had a helpful and friendly conversation with Matt who explained everything clearly and followed up with the relevant information for me to think over in an email. After a few days of consideration, I received another scheduled call from Matt to check in. He was again helpful and considerate and passed me on to his colleague, Carmen, to go through the application. Carmen was patient and friendly on the phone and I similarly felt like everything was explained to me clearly. Due to my lack of knowledge and having never done this before, I thought the process of sorting this insurance out would be a real headache - it has been anything but! Where do I start?

Dan has been my protection advisor for best part of three years. We got to know each other through a former company.

When Dan moved from said former company it seemed as if everything left with him as I’ve just spent best part of 5 weeks (March into April 24) trying to understand if my family had certain products only to be messed about. As I was clearly getting nowhere I contacted Dan.

What took the former company 5 weeks to organise took Dan less than an hour, I decided to move everything to Dan as i wanted the best, the policies were set up and in force within 48 hours (minus the recent Easter Bank Holiday).

Dan and I just work, he listens and takes into consideration what I want for my little family. Never has Dan tried to sell me a product for the sake of his gain, i always get his recommendations based on our circumstances and financial budget. Dan is knowledgeable and explains everything. I can contact Dan day or night and get a response at the earliest convenience. I’m comfortable should the time come where my family or I need Dan we’re confident we can rely on him without any issues.
