I just received my new 4MP WiFi 6 Indoor Window Camera (K12 Model), to add to my already increasing collection of BoyKeep Cameras. If this is your first purchase, download the BoyKeep App, by scanning the barcode on one of the small sides of the box. Remove the camera from its packaging, attach one of the round velcro stickers to the front of the camera, peel off the other side and stick it at the desired position on the window. Make sure the camera orientation is correct using the sticker attached on the camera. Plug it in, using the USB-C cable supplied and with the app open, your phone Bluetooth on, wait for the vocal prompt ''awaiting network configuration''. Add your network details and click next. Your camera name will appear at the top of the app with a connect prompt. Click it and wait for the vocal prompt '' camera added successfully.'' YOUR DONE! Whole process is less than 5 minutes. You get a crisp/clear image. You can subscribe for cloud recording or insert a memory card. Great Value for money this wonderful little camera. This is the third BoyKeep Camera I purchased for inside the house and I am very happy. The pp is great, I can log in from anywhere, I get notifications for monitoring movement, I have all my cameras in one place. All their products are great, they do exactly what it says on the boxe and they are great value for money.

Not happy at all dodgy camera!
You can use your password or finger print to access it so I should be the only person on it. This morningthe light came on and panned around the room and the flash light came on the red dot only shines when it's recording and it has came on a few times recently I don't trust this camera my kids have been crying and telling me the camera has been scary and they have hurd a man I would not advise buying this

Love the clarity of the cameras and the functionality but the bloody adds are not ok. I paid for the product so why the adds? I can't turn them off or shut them down and cannot access the cameras most of the time now. Not impressed at all

bought 2 ea. K34 cameras and could not get them set up, 3 hrs. of trying various thing, followed all instructions. the help page reddirects to a blank, so that's no good, camera is literally 2 ft. away from modem? says to scan qQR code from my smartphone, didn't work. very frustarting, I am returning them to where I purchased, would NOT recommend !

Good little cameras but recently app has gone full ads and has become unusable meaning cameras are unusable.

Full screen ads you have to sit through to look at your own cameras and are downloading even when screen is minimised. You need to shut down app each time to stop ads. Ads even have the close button misaligned to make you click on them.

Had these a while, the app was brilliant untill they brought in all the adds, now I can’t even log in as you can’t get passed the pop ups, shame really as I had no issues with anything until these pop ups

4 cámaras han dejado de funcionar. se desconectan es imposible reconectarlas. La aplicación intrusiva en cuanto a publicidad. Cuando se abrían tardaban hasta 2 minutos en abrirse tenias que ver la publicidad obligatoriamente si no no podías hacer nada. NO RECOMENDADA EN ABSOLUTO. NO SE SI HAY SOLUCION PARA ESTO PERO NO LA HE ENCONTRADO.

Was good, but now so many ads on the app it has made it useless, I don't use it anymore.

The camera is good but you can t get on the app in time to see anything because you are bombarded with adverts and need to close thr app at least 3 times before you get to the actual camera view. Wish i d seen reviews about the app.the camera works well .

Garbage, good luck keeping it connected long enough for it to be of any use what do ever. . you could have this thing hardlined to the Wi-Fi and it would still not stay connected

Wenn ich null Sterne geben könnte würde ich das tun. Man wird von Werbung erschlagen und kann sie nicht überspringen. Manchmal für mehrere Minuten. Wenn man also darauf angewiesen ist mit der Kamera etwas zu sehen, Hände weg!

Leider es gibt viele Werbung und manchmal deckt die ganze Werbung das ganz Bildschirm, dass man nicht rein kommen kann , das heißt sie zwingen uns die Werbung an zu klicken und auch wenn man es gekleckt hat bleibt das ganze Werbung auf dem Bildschirm stehen.

Purchased the boykeep pet camera K30 still in warranty but just packed up working. Did all the instructions to try and re-set the camera but nothing would work. Got in touch with boykeep customer care and they advised me to carry out all the instructions I had already done. Got in touch again telling them that nothing worked and they told me they wanted a video of all sounds from unit but the unit is dead. It appears that boykeep customer service don’t honour there warranty and advise customer to be wary of purchasing any products from this company. I have since disposed of the faulty product and looking at other brands.

This company are not what you want in a secuity camera company. There is no 1800 phone number and all correspondence is done through e-mail. I purchased what I believe was 7 day 2 year. This was also what was emailed to me and paypal. Now they say this was a lie from them. They say that what I stated was purchased is no what I am getting since then. They can't handle the issue for what I purchased. They now that paypal ruled in their favor that they don't have to hold up to their end of the deal. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS.
