This is not an Advertisement just amazing customer service, I was looking for alternatives for Buxus Topiary Balls, I watched a gardening TV program & they said buy IIex crenata they do not eaten by Buxus caterpillars, so I phoned garden centres in (North East of Scotland) they could not get me 5 IIex crenata. So I went on Amazon & messaged Boxtree Nursery in Wangfotd, Beccles, I went direct to Boxtrees Nursery, the gentleman I spoke was excellent, the plants 🪴 arrived when he said & give amazing customer service , if you are looking something different for your garden have a look at their website, happy gardening

Communications were great. Although the order for 7 metres of yew hedging couldn't be met, the alternative of 50 plants was acceptable. They arrived on time and were of excellent quality. When I pointed out that there was a pricing error, my refund was immediate.
An excellent nursery to do business with. More companies could learn a lot from Boxtree when it comes to customer care and providing a quality product.
