Fantastic, no faults
Honestly can’t fault the box at all, my friend absolutely loved it and it was a lovely pick me up after her surgery. She said the cookie was lovely, and the chocolate was good quality. I would definitely do this again!

Excellent service
Excellent service. I was concerned about the delivery because I had a very short window to schedule it to arrive and so I sent a message and was instantly messaged back by a lovely person who made me feel very reassured. They took the order name to make sure it was packed on time and the box arrived by 10am the next day! The contents were all of excellent quality, especially the bear and the crochet flowers. Incredible company, would definitely recommend.

Bought for a friend to cheer them up. Plenty of boxes to choose from and you can also make up your own. Easy to order and quick delivery. My friend loved it. Good value for money to show someone that you care. Have used before and will use again.

Best customer service ever
I was sending a birthday gift from the US to the UK and Box of Hugs was so easy to customize and order from. The box was delivered as expected to my friend, who was truly delighted. Then Box of Hugs realized one of the food items was slightly past the best by date and went above and beyond to resolve the quality issue, without any complaints from us! Honestly have never received such wonderful, proactive customer service. Will be using them for all my UK gifts in the future.

So much choice, great service, beautifully put together
I've ordered two boxes from Box of Hugs for different people, for different occasions, and been so impressed with them. The choice of gifts is excellent, my recipients have been so delighted by them and they're always delivered quickly and clearly put together with care. I love that this is a family run (sisters) business. It feels a very personal service, and that they really love what they do. I'll definitely be ordering from them again 🙂

A Box of Hugs - feel good product.
We originally received a box of hugs from a relative and have since sent 3 boxes of hugs to separate friends who all were thrilled with them. The most recent box was to our lovely optician who never fails to spread her joy.
We highly recommend this business for quality gifts, good food and great service. It always brings us pleasure to send these boxes.

An incredible business that is so perfectly female & family run! From attention to detail, organisation and a great website, I choose box of hugs every time we want to share some recognition or love at my work place! Always exactly on time, and perfectly executed - It makes such a difference to have a customised hamper for our staff. No more £200 hampers of random biscuits and wine, the items here are all fun, engaging, and tasty!
