He comprado en varias ocasiones y siempre han llegado los productos. Me gustan y los precios son buenos. Lo único malo es que en alguna ocasiones ha faltado un producto y aunque es su error solo te hacen el reembolso y si me estás el producto ya no tienes el descuento del momento.

This my first time shopping from this site and everything went great. I received my package today and everything is in one piece, no spillage etc. It took a couple of weeks to arrive here but it was worth it(better prices than other sites for the items I was looking for)

Anteriormente obsequiaban los gastos de envío al superar cierta cantidad de compra , ahora ya no es así , lo que los pone por abajo de otros tiendas donde si mantienen el beneficio de envío gratis . Ultimamente ya no tienen buenas ofertas ni descuentos , ojalá mejoren .

Ich habe das zweite Mal bei Boxofcolor bestellt und war super zufrieden. Innerhalb einer Woche wurde die Ware geliefert. Jederzeit würde ich dort wieder bestellen.

Tardo un poco más en llegar, pero llego todo y perfecto! Si lo recomiendo.

Ni se molesten en pedir aquí y mucho menos paguen el Express Mail Service, que no sirve para nada. Yo pedí unas cosas pagando extra por el EMS y mi paquete nunca llego en la fecha indicada en la página (llego como 7 días después y de todas maneras estuvo otra semana en correos mexicanos por que no pusieron ninguna informacion de contacto). Si yo no les hubiera mandado email preguntando sobre mi paquete yo creo que nunca hubiera sabido de su paradero. Cuando fui por mis cosas un producto se abrió durante el trayecto y estaba completamente vacío para cuando abri la caja, ya que todo venia mal empaquetado y para que me regresaran el dinero fue estar insistiendo durante semanas. Si no hubiera sido por que metí mi caso en PayPal y ellos fueron los que se encargaron de delvolverme el dinero yo creo que seguiría peleando con los de Box of Color por mi reembolso.
Don't even bother ordering here, let alone paying for the Express Mail Service, which is useless. I ordered some things by paying extra for EMS and my package never arrived on the date indicated on the page (it arrived about 7 days later and spent another week at the Mexican post office because no one attached any contact information on the box). If I hadn't sent them an email asking about my package I don't think I would have ever known about its whereabouts. When I went to pick up my stuff one item opened during transit and was completely empty by the time I opened the box, as everything was poorly packaged, and to get my money back I had to keep insisting for weeks. If it hadn't been for the fact that I put my case through PayPal and they were the ones who took care of returning my money I think I would still be fighting with Box of Color to get my refund.

Ho fatto il mio primo (E ULTIMO!) ordine il 28/01/2025, ho ricevuto il pacco il 03/02/2025 ma mancavano 2 prodotti tra quelli ordinati e pagati.
Nonostante fosse presente all'interno del pacco una ricevuta aggiornata con i soli prodotti spediti e quindi con un prezzo totale inferiore a quello da me pagato, nessuno fa menzione dei prodotti mancanti né eventuale rimborso.
Ora invierò la mia email di richiesta rimborso alla quale già so che non riceverò riscontro perchè nelle decine di recensioni negative simili alla mia nessuno ha mai scritto di aver ricevuto alcun rimborso nemmeno dopo mesi, immagino si tratti proprio del loro modus operandi.
È UNA TRUFFA!!

dopo aver scritto all'azienda in breve tempo mi sono stati rimborsati i prodotti mancanti.

Sempre concorrenziali nei prezzi e corretti nella fornitura, sono cliente affezionato e penso di rimanerlo !
