Brilliant car from a perfect dealership!

Amy, Anton and especially Rachel made me feel my business was important. Rachel was professional, knowledgeable and personable throughout our dealings. My experience with Bowker Changan Preston was perfect, and quite the opposite to that I found in another dealership selling a different Chinese brand. I cannot recommend Bowker Changan highly enough, and by the way, my Deepal SO7 is fabulous!

Nothing short of perfect.

Truly an excellent experience at Bowkers Changan in Preston whilst purchasing our new car.

We dealt mainly with Amy, the Sales Executive, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish and continues to be so even after the sale. Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, Amy is a real credit to the dealership.
Anton, the Sales Manager, provided superb service and support throughout, ensuring everything ran smoothly and professionally, working really hard with the figures!!
The whole process was handled with professionalism, genuine care and attention, and the customer service was superb. Highly recommended, what a fantastically run dealership.

A great experience buying my new Deepal…

A great experience buying my new Deepal so7 from Bowker Changan especially from Amy sales executive. Nothing was to much trouble explained every aspect of the vehicle to someone who had no knowledge of EV vehicles. Was kept upto date throughout the sale. Thanks Amy and all the staff.
