Non ordinate nulla!! Ho ordinato una maglia che non è mai arrivata. Ho mandato 10 mail, hanno risposto solo alla prima dicendo che avrebbero controllato. Poi più nulla.
Ho quindi mandato una pec, minacciando azioni legali, a cui hanno risposto dicendo che se non mi è arrivato il pacco devo rivolgermi a chi non lo ha consegnato, non a loro. Vedo che non sono l'unico, deve essere il loro modus operandi.

1 month ago, I ordered a football shirt via Boutique Soccer. Three weeks later on July 22 th., which I actually thinks is a fair delivery time, considering that the item has to be transported halfway around the world, I receive an email saying that my item is ready for pick up.

Since it is not stated where I should pick up the shirt, I then wrote to the company to obtain the information… 6 days later I receive another auto-generated email saying, that my delivery this time has failed and that I should contact the distributor – ‘China Post’. I contact both companies, Boutique Soccer and China Post, unfortunately there is no answer from Boutique Soccer again, and also not from China Post.

I am starting to get a little worried about whether the company is a actually firm or if it is just a scam. In any case, I have never experienced a retailer ignoring their customers’ inquiries for over a week and leaving them in frustration.

Order 26258, Had to leave a 1 star review previously to get some sort of a response as to why it was taking over a month to get my product, well, its here now and its...... shockingly bad quality. The material feels cheap, the printing looks like it is just a sticker, and the sizing isnt EU sizing, avoid this place like the plague, I ordered 7th june, it was supposedly shipped 17th June, and only arrived on 16th July, 39 days to get an overpriced , poor quality product.

Their Customer service is laughably bad.

I emailed them yesterday asking for a full receipt, as i noticed i never actually got one in the first place, the email confirmation didnt have an actual receipt, they asked ME for my tax number in order to get a receipt, which then just turned out to be a hastily made Image of an "invoice" that didnt have any of their details on it, such as tax number, me and my partner did a deep dive on this company last night, the product says made in England, the item was shipped from the netherlands, the Invoice had a virtual office space address in Portugal! None of these countries have this company registered, they refuse to provide a tax number for themselves, their website fails to list any details beyond their email address, none of the employees who sent me emails are on linkedin, the company isnt on linkedin, my best guess is they are a small operation who either are knowingly defrauding people, and dodging tax, or they are just completely inept, i dont know which is worse, but i will be reporting this website to the appropriate authourities in my country and wherever else we have found links to.

Before you try and reply with a sarcastic/accusatory comment, unless it contains the full actual tax residency address, tax number and the company name that you are registered under, and is verifiable, i will assume i am correct in everything i have said, and so will everyone who reads this ;)

Får jeg min ordre?
Jeg har bestilt en trøje d. 16/05 og kan endnu ikke se at den er på vej. Der står at den er sendt d. 19/05 men har ikke modtaget noget tracking ud over et billede af label til pakken. Det er stort set umuligt at komme i kontakt med virksomheden. Er ikke sikker på at jeg nogensinde får trøjen, som jeg har bestilt. Øv øv så får min far ikke nogen farsdagsgave selvom jeg egentlig havde tænkt jeg havde bestilt i god tid…..

Placed and paid for an order on 20november 2024(order 20607)but still haven't received anything!!!!!

I ordered from this website and received a package with a Chinese label and containing kids games and paperwork for someone else. Their tracker is showing that my goods have been delivered, but I have not received my purchase and of course absolutely no response from their customer service after emailing five times at this stage.

Ordered in September, package still hasn’t been delivered we wanted to gift a jersey to my friend for his birthday. No replies to the mails one of my friends send to the company regarding our order. We have had to buy a new birthdaypresent for our friend, and still we get no answers to our mails 2 months later. Don’t order here, it is a complete scam.

If you guys are so bothered about your prestige in the market then I request you to kindly respond the mails which I sent and let me know the exact details and status of my order. It's been nearly a month (16th october) and no one from your team responds to the mails except giving the tracking number and then you expect that I should not write a review on Trust Pilot.. Its been nearly a month and I want to know who takes so much time to deliver the order and please stop saying that you will take the legal action. Instead focus on delivering the orders on time if you concerend so much about the prestige of your business. Rest assured we'll solve this issue amicably.

Al rato de haber hecho el pedido leí las reseñas y lo decidí cancelar ya que era para un regalo y no me iba a llegar a tiempo.
Una semana después y después de haber enviado varios correos, no puedo contactar con ellos

Ho fatto due ordini su questo sito il primo è arrivato dopo un mese l'altro non so quando lo potrò vedere.
Dopo 30 giorni di sollecitazioni sono riusciti a darmi un codice traking che recitava la frase "fermo in dogana per problemi di autenticità" da lì mi sono informato e ho scoperto che era stato ritirato dal mercato per 15 giorni dalle autorità di Guhanzoung (una città cinese).
Allora ho verificato l'autenticità del primo prodotto (l'unico che mi è arrivato) scoprendone la falsità. Servizio clienti inesistente, per un reso devi pagare tu la spedizione e considerando per la Cina costa come il pacco stesso.Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare su Codesto sito è una TRUFFAAA.

ho fatto un ordine, dopo giorni ed e-mail inviate, non ricevo neanche la conferma dell’ordine, ma ovviamente soldi ritirati, non acquistate assolutamente da questo sito, passerò per vie legali.

Dopo un mese dalla consegna prevista,ancora niente! Ladri ,ladri ,ladri ,ladri ,ladri!
Per non insultarvi ,spero che i soldi vi servano per i farmaci!!

I was sceptical at first but placed an order for 2 kits. It took me exactly 3 wks to get them delivered (i live in scandinavia). I was very happy, quality is decent and it was super easy to track the shipping

I ordered a Dortmund shirt on the 25th June but have still have not received or had any communication about a refund, despite sending several emails.

It is a very nice replica.
Original jerseys 2-3 times much more expensive, I must admit.
Good material and design. Size is correct.
I ordered it on May 04, and I received it on June 03.
Package came from China.
I am satisfied.

The whole site is a bit dodgy. The company is said to be based in Portugal but ships from China, which probably explains the long delivery time. They also changed their name at some point and their Instagram page was blocked. Now to the goods, the jersey is well made, looks and feels high quality, but the size is ridiculous...I ordered XXL, the jersey also says XXL but you would think it's children's sizes, I can't even get my head through, actually it was stupid enough to believe it when I saw the jersey.... Anyway, I waited 2 months for it, now I have a kids jersey, I can probably just frame it.
