Great customer service
Ordered a bag, it arrived quickly but was the wrong colour. Customer service were very easy to contact, quick to respond, and I had no trouble returning it for them to send me the right one. Excellent customer service and a very nice product.

Besser geht es nicht = Ich habe eine Lederjacke bestellt, dies in der falsche Größe, also mein Fehler. Ich hatte es jedoch direkt nach der Bestellung gemerkt. Eine Email an die Boutique England geschrieben. 1. Ich habe innerhalb weniger Stunden die Bestätigung bekommen, dass die Jacke mit meiner richtigen Größe unterwegs sei. 2 Tage später konnte ich eine hochwertige und echt tolle Lederjacke in meiner passenden Größe auspacken und mein Eigen nennen - ich bin davon überzeugt, dass ich Jahre Spass an dieser Jacke haben werde, DANKE toll Dienstleistung.

Fantastic jacket and outstanding customer service
I was about to order a leather jacket but needed to double check the size. This company couldn't have been more helpful getting me to send photos with measurements of an existing jacket that fitted me well. They double checked and made sure the jacket was okay, even sending me photos of it before despatch. The jacket I received was great quality and fits me perfectly. Fantastic customer service throughout.

Quality jackets, outstanding service
Took time to research multiple sellers and brands to find the right shearling jacket. BoutiqueEngland had great ratings, and jackets looked excellent. The first jacket arrived quickly, was superbly packaged with great attention to detail, but was unfortunately undersized. No problem, though, as seller was brilliantly responsive across email and live chat, went the extra mile to confirm sizing of the replacement and was sorted within 48hrs. Very impressed with the item, but the commitment to service and presentation of the item has made for an outstanding experience. Very highly recommended.
