I ordered a suede fringe jacket from Boutique England, Size 10. I'd been looking for a jacket like this for ages and was thrilled that they happened to pop up on my Instagram. The delivery was really quick and I had updates throughout. It was a tad too small so I returned for a Size 12 and it's perfect. The quality is excellent and even the packaging was lovely. When I returned the item, the communication was excellent and the refund was really swift. I had to wait a few extra days for a replacement as they were waiting for a delivery and they gave me a 5% discount. So lovely. This seems to be a company that really cares about their product and customer service. I really hope they continue to do well. Will definitely be buying again!

My jacket arrived 2 days after order. The jacket was amazing and so beautifully packaged and presented. You can see how much pride and care goes into the product and customer service. I shall wear with pride! The whole experience was outstanding thank you.

Sizing - I found the sizing fits a bit small. Wish I'd gotten the larger size even though I measured and followed the size guide online

Very pleased with company. Ordering online was easy. Jacket arrived within a few days. Sizing is good fits perfect. Price was also very good. Just want my husband wanted. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Good leather and tailoring

Quality is excellent, delivery times need improvement as it took twice as long as the estimation.

This company has a team that go above & beyond with their helpfulness. Nothing is to o much trouble for them. They responded to all my queries re sizing by actually sending me photos of 2 leather 3/4 length ladies leather trench coats [a red & a black one] before shipping them; the results being a fit that feels like the coat was made to measure. I bought the black UK14 & then the red UK12. {my chest is 36.4”-weight 130lbs-height 5’3”}, The black 14 has extra room for thick sweaters in cooler weather & the Red 12 fits snugly but not tight to wear in warmer weather.At the current sale price I paid less for TWO coats than one from other suppliers. The full grain lambskin nappa leather is butter soft. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this seller. 5***** from me!

Good customer service product is good as well

I sent an email in advance, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response. The leather strap on the bag is brown, not black as shown in the photo. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the fast delivery and quality.

I absolutely love this place. I ordered a jacket, they contacted me a couple of days later, saying that the jacket didn't meet their quality standards and if I wouldn't mind waiting for the next shipment. I didn't mind, but had my eye on a different jacket anyway, which they gladly swapped. The jacket was despatched immediately and I received the next day. Now that's service. The quality of the jacket is superb, for the price. It's genuine leather, beautifully and neatly packaged. I really can't fault them. The amount of businesses I have dealt with, who have sold me sub standard clothing and with a long delivery time and poor communication, I can't express how happy I am with Boutique England. They tick every box and then some. 10/10, 5-star. 👍🏻
