I was defrauded several years ago and they helped me put the perpetrator behind bars so they are very good at what they do.

My backlinks looks good, however it could be better with specific links, and multiple links across the content, rather than just the homepage linked randomly on the text.

Really disappointed I paid for a package on the 28th of May and received an email to say the order would be ready in 10 to 15 days. It's now 10 of July and I have followed up with them a number of times with promises it would be ready soon or they are looking into things...still nothing.

A group of fraudsters who plan to make you subscribe to several sections from the very beginning. First I was charged $245 and after the ticket they refunded $140.
None of the services were correct and the list of backlinks was a disaster.
You don't have to be a savior, anyone who looks at that list will know it's spam

The only thing that made me fall for your spam advertising was the use of a legitimate looking person using grandiose and specialized claims.
I am 1000% sure that you have no idea where you are building links for your customers.
For me, don't talk about authority and spam score, because when the working principles are a disaster, these words are nothing more than nonsense.

50% of the links are broken, and the rest are spam with 302 redirects, only my time was wasted trying to disobey them by Google.
You could not even SEO your sales site, if my amount is not refunded. I will make a detailed video on YouTube to check your business and fraud, and in order to teach you a little about how to SEO and also serve as a lesson for you, I will make my explanation video rank second when they search for your site name. There I will share with everyone the nonsense report you present as a report.

This is a subscription package that auto-renews. I purchased the 19.99$ plan and never received any backlinks. Plus, since it's a subscription plan, it will auto-renew by itself after a month (still no links from the first month, and second). After complaining to customer support, they we're supposed to cancel my subscription and give me an additional 400 backlinks (which I never received, of course). And now, I'm on the third month, still no traces of any backlinks. Not from month 1, nor from month 2, and my subscription is still running. This is a scam. Should not be trusted. Totally disappointed. No links. No cancelation after complaining.
