Got my credit card stuck in their subscription model and Ill need to cancel and get a new one because from Brazil thats basically no way to cancel this thing...
I got a few emails from them saying they would cancel my subscription and every month Zero Tech charged my credit card. Now they got the nerve to come here and say they cancelled it.

This is a scam company that provide toxic links to your website, pretend they are looking into and do nothing! I have sought refunds and all they say that it is in the process and nothing happens. Do not use this company under any circumstances

I did find some increased traffic due to their work but their billing system is really screwed up. After several months of not getting backlinks due to their screwup (I had to point out each month to them!), they corrected it and then the next month I went from $19 to $89 when it should of stayed at 19. I just got tired of having to monitor and correct and just told them to cancel. In addition, my credit card company would not process it several times because the company was reported as fraud by too many people. Just not worth the hassel.

Thanks to the community that saved me from this nightmare.

Even though there were alot of red lights, I said let's give it a go, quite frankly this is 100% fraud they provide links to your website that do not add any value.. they keep saying wait it takes time... I waited for a year.. nothing changed... When you cancel the subscription they keep debiting your account till you threaten them that you will report...

Read the reviews, and also wanted to try them out seeing as they had a "money back guarantee". After getting suckered into the subscription model which is not clear when paying, I was repeatedly promised results or a refund.

After getting them to agree that they have not been successful, and that a refund will be done it has now been 5 months beyond this and still no refund.

Stay away from companies you can't verify, and that you can't legally pursue.

It took you 5 months to respond to the complaint. I have been persistently emailing the email address provided over the past 5 months. Responses are non-existent. I have been promised a refund for over 6 months now!

They bombard you with impressive ads and big SEO promises. I gave them a try in November 2024—huge mistake. First, they charged for extra add-ons without clear consent. After payment, there’s no real platform, no support, and absolutely zero backlink delivery. It’s smoke and mirrors.

3 month later, they charged my card again without my approval. I contacted them immediately—got a vague “we’ll look into it” and then silence. Clearly dishonest. I had to cancel my card, yet they still attempt monthly charges.

This is branded fraud. Avoid Boundless Leads SEO at all costs.

Several mistakes, mixing the service, and not delivering the reports on time.

My experience with Boundless Leads has been deeply concerning and raises serious questions about their business practices.

After being overcharged twice, I have spent over a month attempting to resolve the issue with no success. Communications with their "Customer Success" representative, Emma Wilford, have been nothing but vague deflections with no actual progress. Standard responses blaming "backend teams" and vague promises of "queues" and "verification processes" have only delayed any meaningful resolution.

To date, no refund has been processed, no accountability has been shown, and no transparency has been provided. It is extremely difficult to trust a company that withholds customer funds while providing no clear timeline, no escalation path, and no resolution.

The pattern of excuses and lack of action could potentially be viewed as deceptive or even fraudulent behavior. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this case to consumer protection authorities, my financial institution, and public platforms to warn others.

I strongly advise anyone considering Boundless Leads to exercise extreme caution. Based on my experience, they cannot be trusted to handle customer payments or provide basic professional service.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Boundless Leads, as I believe it's important for others to be aware of the issues I encountered.

Initially, Boundless Leads promised a significant increase in traffic, but unfortunately, they failed to deliver the service they advertised. Despite receiving an Excel sheet with confirmation of leads, I only received a fraction of what I paid for. To make matters worse, half of these leads were considered toxic links.

Additionally, I explicitly informed them that I did not want a subscription, yet they persistently attempted to charge me. It's been quite frustrating dealing with these persistent charges.

The only redeeming factor in my experience is that they do respond to emails. However, even with several broken promises, I still have not received a refund.

I strongly recommend staying away from this company. My experience has been far from satisfactory, and I hope others can avoid the same issues.

If despite reading all of their negative reviews do decide to go ahead with their services, I urge you to pay via credit card. That way when you get scammed, you can report them to your bank and submit a chargeback request. You will then hopefully receive a full refund and Boundlessleads will be charged for each unauthorised payment that they take. Once you cancel their service, they keep charging your card so you will need this protection but by them being charged a fee as well as losing their initial payment, hopefully this will punish them for being the scammers that they so clearly are.

The thing is, I have asked for a refund via your customer support team many times. E-mails are going ignored. I had to involve our bank to get a forced refund that way. To anyone reading this, do not trust what they say.

These guys are the biggest scammers charged me multiple times I had to cancel my credit card and my bank refunded my money, whatever you do don’t give them your credit card details, I have also reported them to the Australian Federal Police, I can’t understand how they can keep advertising they did absolutely nothing, I tried to get Facebook to take the ad down and they said it didn’t breach there advertising guidelines shame on Facebook, to add insult to the wound they keep sending me a reminder to pay because they can’t charge my credit card

Avoid this company at all costs. Boundless Leads SEO is without doubt the most dishonest, incompetent, and evasive business I have ever dealt with.

I was charged multiple times for services I did not agree to, including an unauthorised subscription that I never signed up for. Despite acknowledging their error, they failed to issue the promised refund of £417.07 – and instead chose to ignore repeated emails over the course of several months.

Their "Customer Service" (Emma Wilford, if she even exists) is nothing more than a smokescreen. I was strung along with empty platitudes, insulting “goodwill gestures,” and vague promises that went absolutely nowhere. Every attempt to resolve the matter professionally was met with silence, deflection, or outright lies.

Let me be crystal clear:

Their services are poor to non-existent.

Their business practices are shady at best.

Their communication is appalling.

And their refusal to refund stolen funds is morally and legally outrageous.

I have left a detailed review on Trustpilot and will be posting this experience across every platform I can to ensure others don’t fall into the same trap. If you're considering using this company – don’t. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.

It's a scam. Very good marketing for anyone to fall into the trap. Once you have paid. There will be no support, no impact infact it will deteriorate.

Beware - This is a BIG SCAM.

Theyre scammers. I never got a product from them and they keep trying to bill me.

Scam - they are using fake accounts and sending fake data. They even charged me after I requested to turn off their billing.

Complete waste of money on these 'sh!t' backlinks. There's no email support once you're paid; they don’t care anymore. They only want your money, offering fake backlinks and taking unauthorized payments.

Absolutely shocking experience with Boundless Leads SEO. They have repeatedly taken unauthorized payments, failed to issue refunds despite months of requests, and ignored multiple emails. Their response? Empty apologies and no action.

Instead of rectifying their mistake, they took even more unauthorized payments under a so-called subscription I never signed up for! Absolute scam. "Emma"(is she a real person?) continues to email you back that it's a slow drip system. My domain authority has dropped from where we were originally, and despite having purchased 1200 leads I still only have 99.
Don't waste your money! Have requested a refund....let's see if I get one....
