Literally makes my life easier
Carrying big packs of toilet paper home is embarrassing. I hate lugging around heavy laundry and dish soap. I can never find the olive oil or cooking things I want at the grocery store. Bother makes all of that effortless. I can sit on my couch and sort all of it out. Also big, big fan of the app.

The experience would have been better
The experience would have been better, I originally wanted 4 of my items but for some reason I could only have 3!!
And the delivery was spread over 2 drops ? Also I felt there was excessive packaging.

Hi Phillip,
Thanks so much for taking the time to review your Bother experience, we really appreciate it.
We're sorry to hear that the OOS item caused a bit of bother as well as your two boxes being allocated to two different dpd drivers - we know this isn't the best experience, but fortunately not the usual experience of our customers!
Fingers crossed we can make it up to you next time around 😊
Take care,
The Bother team
