They are such an amazing product. I literally can’t live without my BOTA’s

I love Bota Official’s clothing because it’s made of great quality! The zippers never give me issues and the clothes aren’t see through. I always get comply whenever I wear Bota Official because the clothes are too cute!

The material is great. You get quality for an affordable price

The clothes look very well made. They have a great composition and material. Perfect for both everyday and the gym. I recommend them to everyone!

Shipping time was pretty good, I ordered on July 24th and received my items on August 2nd. Each piece came in its own cute dust bag. Everything was great quality and fit true to size. I will definitely be ordering again.

Very low and rude services! First of all their quality and sizes of clothes are not equal to strandarts! 2 sizes smaller than normal sizes! Secondly they don’t reply promptly! Only when I left comments on insta they replied on my email! That lady Jesica from customer service email. And return police is so weird! She said send it back to us! Why I should! They have to collect themselves. She didn’t reply to my question. From 10 I give 0 to this company and quality of clothes too is not good

HORRIBLE quality, items look nothing like the photos on the website. There was a piece missing from my order. Return shipping is on the customer but they are based in Europe so you'll lose $40-50 just on that. Do not shop there.

I create a account on the site and i want to delete it but they don't want! I write them a lot of time. They respond whenever they want and tell me to just log out when that's not what I want. Never create an account on their site if you are not sure of yourself.

Honestly awful do not purchase.
Super cheap, mass produced material. I bought 3 items, only 2 arrived. Delivery was very late.
Some of the worst fitness wear I’ve ever tried and quite expensive considering. They do not do free returns, you must return yourself to Estonia. So completely disappointing start to finish. I don’t recommend purchasing from here.

Never got the items, it says after 3,5 weeks that my items are still in transit…

This is a scam! Went to address stated, is actually house. Talked to 2 residents, no puppies there or in neighborhood. Bota Pom was in contact with me via web site even 45 mins after I said couldn't find home. Contacted police will follow up with them......

The clothes quality is super cheap, poor and overpriced!
You can buy from SHEIN or TEMU and get the same items for less than half of the price. I will never buy again !

I never got the product nor a refund. The Bota customer service person had me going back and forward with the delivery service company to track my items. Delivery tracking info, still until this day, 2 months later, says it’s “in transit”

Great experience! The customer service was really helpful and friendly. The fabric and overall quality of the clothes genuinely impressed me. I bought a jumpsuit, leggings, and a sports bra, they all fit well and feel comfortable. Definitely recommend this shop for reliable activewear.

I ordered a black jumpsuit and received a brown one instead. The customer service was good in arranging a new shipment with the correct colour, however, the clothing is low quality. Cheap, thin material that doesn’t breath and has 0 compression.

I ordered items that took a very long time to arrive, about 3 weeks which is longer than their projected 14 day period. I ordered a basic 2 ribbed crop tops, one scoop neck clack crop top and jumpsuit.

However, they arrived with white branded lettering BOTA on the front of the clothes and back. This is not pictured anywhere, you think you are getting a plain black shirt, but you're not. It was most deceitful way of marketing ever. On top of that, store credit only. You will not get your money back. Don't waste your time you probably wont get when you see online.

I had a lovely recent experience with Bota, there was a small misunderstanding with my order, I got in touch with the team and they were extremely fast with their replies and getting to help me.

Jesica from the customer service team resolved my issue straight away and was very kind throughout - their loungewear is also beautiful and good quality!
