Questioning reliability

2nd EDIT still no communication on the remainder of my order being shipped. It's been 28 day. I will get a random "I'll check on it" then nothing.

EDIT - Received 2 of the 4 plants I ordered. All communication has stopped on their end.

OLD Plants were beautiful. Communication was fast and friendly. Shipping and packaging was perfect.
