Border Gold Anmeldelser

I found the online order process and payment options convenient.
Order was received promptly on notification of shipment.

Great service. Fast delivery.

First time purchase so I phoned first and spoke to someone helpful. Placed my order online, sent my cheque and received my order about 2 weeks later.
I’m sure to go to BGC again!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. DELIVERED RIGHT INTO MY HANDS. IN FACT IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME RIGHT IN THE HOSPITAL DEPARTMENT THAT I HAPPENED TO BE WORKING IN THIS AFTERNOON.

Originally shipped in good time, packaging was missing void fill so my order had bounced around over the shipping process causing damage. Was unhappy, requested an exchange which was both free and prompt which was fantastic. However upon receiving the new product had very similar damage to it. (This packaging was far superior to original) I'm not sure if the original shipment they received was damaged or what but I was not impressed.

I have ordered from BG before and received immaculate product and service so this was unexpected.

Very easy to purchase from and has the lowest premiums I've seen.

Amazing experience with Robert and the rest of the team at Border Gold. Decided to order with them because it was the cheapest prices I could find in all of Canada. Ordered a large amount and within 1 week I had my package - that was including long weekend. Great packaging, communication and overall experience. Couldn't have asked for a more smooth transaction. Highly recommend. If your stacking this is your go to place, if your looking for more selection other options are available at a premium.

Great service. Well packaged.

Thank you. I received my order in the time indicated. I had to sign to get it. Very safe.

great products and prices, fast shipping !

Border Gold is great, but it would be better if they did not use Canada Post. We were home all day, but they left a pickup card instead of attempting delivery, so we had to arrange a pickup at the local postal outlet.

I decided to travel to Vancouver and pick up my order at Border Gold. I was pleased with the fellow who helped me. He was pleasant and very professional. He took his time with me, as I asked several questions and it took a bit of time for me to pack my purchase away. I feel very good about my purchase and experience.

I phoned with some questions to the Border Gold staff and they were very friendly. They had requested I write an email with my request so I did in the evening the next day. Within about 30 minutes I had a response which I did not expect until the next day. Very high level of service from my experience.

Awesome as always! Best prices & customer service, hands down!

Seamless! Great service, easy payment, and fast delivery!

Package received. Good packaging, shipping took as long as expected

Ordering was very easy. We received emails to update us along the way. We will definitely be using Border Gold again!

I highly recommend Border Gold. They are professional and provide prompt service. Thank you
