The school jumpers I ordered only lasted a few weeks before falling apart. I sent the items back and the company said it wasn’t there jumper (which it clearly was). Very disappointing.

I ordered uniforms on 29.08 and recevided them on 14.11!! Unbelivible! That's company is a home, Never going to order with them!

Still refusing to refund money for a blazer we bought that didn't fit. Worst ever never been refused a refund. No complaints procedure.

I have only recently started using this company to purchase my daughter’s school uniform. When ordering in the summer I understood that it would be busy and that orders would take a while. My order arrived bang on the 45 days mentioned for the busy period. However at the start of September I ordered two more jumpers for my daughter and I am still waiting for them. This is a totally unacceptable time frame to expect customers to wait for a very basic order. It has been well over 45 days now and it isn’t even the busy months. There really is no excuse. When emailing to enquire I received a pretty standard copy and paste response with no real explanation. The company obviously has some serious supply and demand or production issues and doesn’t actually function appropriately. Customers having to wait 2 months to receive a standard school jumper is bizarre and I won’t be using them again.

Third year late with my order. When I have asked them to send it free of charge due to the time it has taken to deliver it there response was it stars 45 days on our web page. It’s now day 46! Wasn’t bothered to wait 30 days but nearly two months is ridiculous
Unprofessional company. Shouldn’t be allowed to supply school uniform when they don’t have the stock or professionalism. Seems to regularly get complaints. Schools and parents avoid

Terrible customer service. Staff are incredibly rude and condescending. It took 50 days to receive the ordered uniform items. I emailed them halfway through to say that I wanted to check if it was likely to take the full 45 days or sooner, their response was delayed and it was literally a copy and paste from their website telling me it could take up to 45 days! I know!! I specifically mentioned the 45 days in my query and then it took more than the 45 days! Don’t bother paying DPD next day delivery as they pay DPD for standard delivery.
They know they are the only company providing school uniforms and therefore treat customers abhorrently!

After washing the jumper once it had bobbles in the material....it was washed inside out like all his other jumpers and the £7 tu clothing jumper is still in better condition!I contacted customer service and they just said it wasn't bobbles and I had to wash it inside out...which I done!! The jumpers are terrible!the customer service is just as bad as they won't take accountability for the mess they come out!absolute joke of a company!will not be buying from them again and dont recommend them!stick to tu clothing they wash fantastic!shocking service and product!

I placed an order with BE Uniforms on 18th August, and as of 30th September, I still haven’t received it.

I emailed them on 4th September asking for an update, and got a reply on 5th September saying "Our orders can take up to 28 days depending on our suppliers."
That timeframe has long passed, yet I have had no further communication and no indication that my order is even being processed.

This is completely unacceptable. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service is shocking. For a company supplying school uniforms, this level of unreliability is inexcusable.

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from BE Uniforms unless they are prepared for extreme delays and poor communication.

Terrible experience with this company with my school uniform not delivered and refusing to provide me with a refund. Terrible customer service and unlawful trading practices.

I've ordered my school uniform for over a month now....and it's not yet to be delivered....btw my friend order like a week after I ordered mine...and he's got it already:(

I am so disappointed at the lack of service from BE Uniforms. I appreciate they are very busy in the run up to schools going back after summer but the time i have waited for an order is ridiculous.

I ordered in July. I'm still waiting! Despite various follow ups on my part, i still don't have the order! Today.. i finally received notification that HALF my order was in store ready to collect. I made my way there to be told that it isn't and that head office made a mistake! They had one of the items i've been waiting months to receive so I asked if i could have that in place of the lost item. That wasn't possible unless i paid for it again.

Currently awaiting contact from their complaints team.

UPDATE - Their complaints team never did get in touch with me. My order was finally delivered last week. They've ignored my callback request and my email. Clearly not interested in feedback or customer satisfaction. I've since found another supplier for the future.

I ordered my grandsons uniform on the 13/08/2025 got an email with a promise date it would be here by the 27/08/2025 then it was 29/08/2025 I have still not received anything not even a dispatch notice I contact you almost everyday but get the automated reply it takes 45 days for delivery so going by this I will receive my order on the 01/10/2025 just in time for him coming off for the October holidays where do you make it the moon I have read other reviews on here about people getting there’s in a few days even in the busy periods I wish I was so lucky maybe I am having to wait so long as I am complaining everyday but I have a grandson who is going to school in a second hand uniform because his new one won’t arrive so people if you want to buy from this company do so a year in advance you might get it for next years start date.

After one month I made a school uniform order it's still not arrived.Poor customer service.I will never order again

Peeling stickers on back of Preston Lodge High School uniform.
Asked for it to be ordered without the transfer, but they weren't having any of it (back transfer sticker only, not the Preston Lodge stitched badge on the front).
No refunds or choice to have uniform without poor quality sticker.
So paying £30 for a faulty hoodie/zippy.
This has been an issue for over 2 years, since I've purchased for S1, S2 and now S3.
The hoodie is made from good quality materials, hence why I gave two stars for that.
Removed 3 stars for the sticker issues and lack of help to resolve issue

We ordered my son’s school jumpers and received it couple of days later. Quick delivery, good quality materials and age appropriate sizing. Very satisfied.

Ordered before the deadline still no sign of my sons uniform he goes back tomorrow🙄 had an email back to say they would let me know when it was being made never mind sent out 🤣 joke!

Ordered uniforms for my daughters in advance of the England cut off date. Chased the order was told I would receive it as it was in advance of the England cut off date. Emailed again was ignored. Rang this morning and was told they would be dispatched today. Officially the school returned on Monday 1st September (but have had an extra 2 days due to teacher training). Attitude when I called was not great. Was simply told there was nothing they could do.
Will not use this company again!

The staff were excellent when I had a query with my order. The order arrived promptly and the jumper is very good quality and a good fit.
