I was unsure about my order reaching me at first because it took a long time, and I had read bad reviews online about this company potentially being a scam however, it ended up not being a scam, and we eventually did get our order in the communication was excellent and sincere at first they did not respond, but then they eventually responded to us and provided updates and they even sent a replacement. It’s just that it takes a long time. The order was placed on December 15 and it was supposed to arrive by January 2 and it did not come until about January 9 or 10th. Ultimately, we are happy though as the company refunded us and we still received our shoes and I canceled the dispute with Capital One. So yes, good company it just takes longer than usual.

Do not order from this company I ordered Nike Grinch basketball shoes and never received them. I was in contact with the company constantly through emails and they kept assuring me they would be delivered. First the package was in customs for a while because of insufficient postage, then it finally moved on and went to a couple of other places when it was discovered right before Christmas that the package had counterfeit postage so it then became property of the USPS. I should have been suspicious from some of the names on the emails. One of them was Miley Cyrus. Do not trust this company. I have proof in the notices from the Post Office about the counterfeit postage, but unfortunately I can't upload the pictures on this site.

BUYER BEWARE!! Ordered some Nike basketball shoes for my daughter and received complete fakes. They arrived oversized with a horrible chemical smell, & the label across the insole is even misspelled. After providing numerous photos, they refuse to offer a refund & insist they are real Nikes.

Don't order from this company, you will be sorry. Never received product, lost a lot of money. 😡😠🤬😤☹️

Dont trust this company for nothing! They dont stand behind returns and THEY BLATANTLY SELL U FAKE NIKES....Not real! Grom the moment I opened the box! Knock offs DO NOT TRUST...Theybrefuse refunds even if u pay for the shipping back...turn them in for fraud!!

My shoes were supposed to be here two weeks ago. The tracking info they gave me jus shows my shoes going back and forth from New York to Washington state (on their 5th time as I write this). Ive sent 6 emails with NO response at all. I think it's jus one big scam cause no legit co. Would ever function like this. NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE ITS A JOKE!!!!!

Don’t buy from this company. They do not stand by their product and they sale
counterfeit shoes. Bought a pair out them on and they broke around the lace area. I got a response about policy etc. The fact is they are a terrible company that pedals a counterfeit product. Be warned.

We ordered 1/2 size large and the Nike shoes were still too small. We requested to exchange for a larger size and were told no they only exchange if they make an error not if the customer makes a mistake.
We have been reviewing the shoes carefully looking to resell but suspect shoes may not be authentic. We will be reporting this site to Nike for investigation.

This company is an absolute scam. They are selling knock off shoes. I spent over $150 on a pair of basketball shoes for my son that immediately broke after wearing them for less than 10 minutes. The return policy is so limited that it makes it virtually impossible to return anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It is not worth the hassle.

I didn’t like the color and looked different on line than my daughter shoes that are the exact “color “ they refused to return it.

I ordered a size 7.5 in a pair of Nike sneakers and I received a size 8.5. The shoes are labeled wrong and should in fact be a size 8.5. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at Bootsfind to help me either exchange or return the item without any luck. The first response was that I had to send pictures of the packaging and shoes as well as the inside of the shoes. Which I did. Heard nothing so I followed up and two days later was told they never received the images. I reset the email and cc’d myself and now no one has responded to me. I also called their phone number but no one picks up and there is no voice mail.
I just want my money back at this point and am frustrated that their response is silence. I will update my review if anything changes but as of now I would never buy from this company again.
