Shocking service
Shocking service.
So I paid for boots for my son’s birthday which he was so excited to receive. Over 2 weeks later - nothing.
I had no word to confirm they had been dispatched or anything to do with shipping details but the money had been taken from my account.
I decided to message them to ask what’s happening.
Got an email back quite quickly to say “we’ve checked our warehouse and we actually don’t have those boots in stock. Do you want another pair?”
My first question was how long would I have waited for those boots, and how long would they have kept my money for before letting me know that I was never going to receive those boots?! - they ignored this question.
I asked how long it would take for an alternative boot to be sent, alongside my frustration with their service thus far - they, again, didn’t acknowledge my frustration at all, and simply replied with “10 days from day of ordering”.
I emailed them again to say that I was very disappointed in their lack of customer service and since my son wouldn’t get his boots on time for his birthday, just to refund me.
Nothing.
I email again to ask if they can PLEASE confirm a refund, nothing.
A couple of days later I finally receive yet another cold reply - “yes refund confirmed”.
No apology for their terrible customer service.
No offers to make things right.
Not received the refund in my account yet, but won’t hold my breath.
Stay clear of this place - such a let down.
