The Booster Theme is very flexible and well thought through. I really like working with it because 99% of the time it has everything I need and when it doesn't, I can always hardcode stuff.
Also, the support is AWESOME! Anything you're struggling with - they're here for you.

Great theme for your store. Definitely, it will boost your sales

The worst experience ever. First, they told me that I will get lifetime access to the theme, and a few days ago got charged second time the same amount of 179 USD as I paid for the first year. I cannot even log in to the account to remove my credit card. Support replies once per 7 days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THEME.

Responded fairly quickly and helped fix the problem. I hope it continues like this. Thank you 😊

I'm a very green newbie, I sent my very first support ticket in on a Sunday around noon, to my amazement by late afternoon a support team member by the name of Dulce reached out to me, the help I received was so awesome that going forward I started out every tickit with ATTENTION DULCE: and she helps me every single time, she became familiar with me and how I wrote, and that's not easy because often I don't articulate things very well, she knew where I was in the process when it came to learning the booster theme, we formed a relationship which is what this business is all about. I would rather wait three days or more to be helped by her rather than anyone else. What I'm trying to say is I think working with the same person could really make support better, I realized that with the scheduling and the volume of tickets you receive might make that difficult but I'm just throwing it out there by sharing my experience. it's like I have a guardian angel on the booster support team and i'm grateful

I wish you guys try to make costumer support fast but other than that the theme is absloutley great! Not like the other themes at all. Its great theme

This is just the best theme for online shops! Very customizable and easy to workt with. Totally worth it.

their service is really bad there are a lot of errors in their themes and they are not solving any problems they are scam

Transitioned to Booster Theme to take store to the next level. Three main considerations were speed, support for OS2.0, and mobile support. My initial response has been positive with the interface and support has been quick, knowledgeable, and overall good experience.

All great features, but... it could be easier to set up. It keeps the promises, that are stated - that are trustworthy and gives high credibility to the company. Support (Dulce) is very helpful, yet I faced some issues when building the website with the V5 theme. A simplified step-by-step manual would be much helpful for us who are non-technical, thank you.

Booster is richly featured and has improved my site speed which was my primary motivation to purchase the theme.

Simply amazing support. These guys are not money grabers, they really are here to help. The product is first class too, with great features. Always updated and easy to implement.

I've used BoosterTheme for a while now, and it has really lived up to it's claims. My store speed is great, the options included are awesome, and their technical support is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I like it so much, I've went ahead and purchased the 5 license package so I can use it in my future sites and save now... it's going to be worth what they ask for it, I'm sure of that!

Sometimes the format and spacings are not properly working. For eg, info pages with words might be sticking to the edges. Also, the slideshows makes the pictures really blurry. (maybe that's the sacrifice for speed?) I have to constantly send emails asking them to fix the bugs. probably around 5 different bugs each time.

Plus, its not a one-off payment. It's billed YEARLY.

Great theme. Not much I would do to this honestly as far as improvements go. Maybe add a little more customizability to the landing pages, but overall it is very much worth the price.

We had the old booster theme and bought the new one. It’s much more faster! We had some issues when migrating to the new theme and their customer support (Neil and Dulce) helped us all the way during several days. The web looks amazing. Thank you!!!

It's amazing how bad a theme can be.
You pay so much money for a completely bugged theme and not even the support can help you, because they seem to have no idea what they actually programmed.

I have about 10-20 problems per email that I want to have solved and almost none of them get solved.
The others are not even discussed.
It's always Klea and Loic who both simply have no idea what's going on here.

If you are looking for a bugged theme with which you just want to get angry and want to have been on support for days that doesn't help you anyway, you've come to the right place.

Although the theme is good, as mentioned a few times below in other reviews, there customer service is terrible. Arrogant and incompetent. Despite never agreeing to renew the theme because I stopped using it over 9 months ago, they continue to attempt to change me. Thank god they are attempting to charge a bank account I don’t use at the moment!!
Regardless, I contacted them clearly stating I want them to stop and this is the reply I get:
