Great and fast theme. A lot of features! Reliable!

The theme is incredibly fast as promised but we had a lot of problems with glitches. Afterpay scripts not working, styling not displaying correctly, add to cart buttons not working etc. Support takes an incredibly long time to reply (sometimes up to a week). We had to roll to a different theme. We can't have a store with so many issues unresolved for over a week. Have asked for the money back guarantee so let's see if they even reply. For such an expensive theme, it was underwhelming.

The theme is mostly great. Speed times are quite impressive. We now get an A, 99% performance, 82% structure on GTMetrix and 94 for desktop, and 41 for mobile phone on PageSpeed Insights. Response time from developers to make minor adjustments is too slow and caused delays in being able to publish (two weeks from a request to implementation). Once we got a response from them, we were able to work through the adjustments, one per day. The apps that they promote have limitations e.g. the social proof of purchase is not based on actual purchases from the store (it's fake!), and the free shipping bar is only useful if you're selling in one currency (or you have the same value goal for every currency). There are little glitches here and there that need to be fixed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this theme for speed, and if you have access to assistance.

Powerful themes from an awesome team. All the must-have apps are already included, meaning you're saving a lot every month. The integration of the theme to your Shopify store is super easy. Excellent technical support too. quick response and even quicker fix. Highly recommend. Forget those worthless themes in the theme store. you'll save a lot of time and effort.

As I newbie to Shopify, I was advised by my mentor to purchase a pro theme. Of several options, I decided to go with the Booster theme and I did not regret it. The final result is amazing. The website looks very professional and it loads pretty fast. The Booster support team was really helpful and quick to resolve any issue I had, because of my lack of knowledge. Highly recommended.

I’m not satisfied with the result. The theme is buggy and outputs a lot of errors. Its not optimized also, as i had to download an optimisation app to fix the speed errors. I used to have a low score on PageSpeed Index. I had a few exchanges with the support team to fix my theme, but alas, nothing has been done from their part. They even changed some elements on my main live theme and I didn’t realize until few days later. So in conclusion, the theme is not as advertised, it lacks optimization and the team is not qualified. I don’t recommend it to anyone, i got ripped off and i just wish i bought a theme on the Shopify theme store like anyone else. It makes you question why the theme is not available on the store. And i can assure you it’s not because “it would be unfair for other themes” like they say on their website. I regret all the wasted time and money spent with Booster theme.

After much research, we chose Booster Theme for a much needed website makeover. Booster worked with us in designing/integrating/implementing the new theme on our Shopify website. They were professional, knowledgeable, and timely in all aspects of this project. In fact, I'm looking at using them again for upcoming work on another website. The page load time on our website has improved vastly as well as the mobile user experience. I highly recommend Booster!

When people ask for refund before 14 days, answer their email. I have to write a review on trustpilot to get a refund, hope you fix this.

Beautiful theme with very useful features.

Talented devs are able to fix most problems quickly when they get to your turn. It sometimes can be a long queue for a few days before support gets back to you which can be stressful.

It seems like there are a few minor bugs in the theme which causes a large amount of support tickets and not enough devs to handle them all in a timely manner.

I hope they add more support and devs to their team.
