This company is a scam
This company is a scam. We've been left with an e-commerce theme that doesn't work after a recent switch. Now I can't get a hold of anyone for an update and it's costing us over $5000 + per day. I explained that we needed the cart working (I mean we're an ecommerce company) and they've failed to fix it and stopped responding.

Theme isn't as customizable as I was hoping for, but have been able to find work arounds and hopefully future updates will take care of that. LOTS of built in features. Five stars for support they are so helpful!

Very poor theme
Worst theme we’ve ever used. The templates are by far the worst i have ever seen it’s like a child has designed them. Definitely would not recommend there are feee templates on side shopify which have a better look. As for apps they say will save £100s is a complete lie majority of the so called payed apps are free anyway overall experience extremely poor theme, poor customer service. If your thinking of using booster id do your research first.

Absolutely zero support if a problem…
Absolutely zero support if a problem occurs you will be waiting weeks just for a resolution. I would not recommend using. The customer support is absolutely terrible they are not based in the U.S. so if you have a problem needing to be fixed right away it will not happen. Once plan is up at the end of the year will not be renewing

A theme for speed
👩💻 A small checklist we use to evaluate the theme, our main goal was to improve speed, using it since March.
Price: Kind of expensive, but it comes with a ton of features and the speed was guaranteed.
Trial: No.
Reviews/Comments: Good Youtube Shopify Developers reviews and a good score on Trustpilot.
Change Log: Good update frequency.
Documentation: Good comprehensive documentation to set up and troubleshoot issues.
Compatible: Ask for compatibility with CSS Frameworks, doesn´t work with Bootstrap.
Mobile/Responsive: Good.
Page Speed Test: Comparing with other themes, Booster surpasses, we get 98 for Desktop and 60 for Mobile, we used separate images for each device to help the theme even more.
Customizable: Good to match the store's branding and design, we used the templates to find a similar to the old theme to speed the migration.
Support: They need to hire more people to solve cases faster.

Great theme and fast support.
Great theme. Terrific performance, and they keep adding extras, making it even more value for the money. I had a recent issue with the swatch colour choices. Their support is well structured, and they answer really quickly. They went in and fixed it within 48 hours. Great backup, and can't recommend these guys enough.

Booster theme has been able to…
Dramatically improve my site speed and also save me money on app add ons that I was paying for previously. If you have any customizations - you'll need to manually update your theme with every update which is cumbersome. Also, you'll need to do a bit of coding yourself if you need to customize. Overall, happy with the theme!

Many build in features, but cannot recommend
The theme has a lot of great build in Features and many possibilities for adjustments!
There were some points where support was needed. They are always very helpful. Thank you!
UPDATE: we ended up changing the theme because there were many many bugs in the theme. Even simple features like a contact form did not work. We worked 6+ months together with the support to get a version we could go live with. Yes, it has many features etc. but in the end it does not work well unfortunately. sorry but cannot recommend.
