Customer service is awful. Transactions from a year ago still not dealt with. Approval times not adhered too. 21 working days for a withdrawel equating to a month unless you give them a percentage for faster payment. Payouts are sent via goods and services so another percentage of your money is taken by PayPal. Supposedly a chance to win your money back but lots only pay 50%.

Been using boom for about 6 months now. Few weeks ago I needed a new cooker. Tried the gift cards for curry’s and won £100 back. Money for nothing really

I’ve won so many time’s I love being able to win my money back! Those of you who don’t believe in boom you’re deffo missing out

Amazing cash back site had over £250 back in a year.. only downside is how they lowered the Bonus scheme but I suppose it’s all free anyway just u used to get a lot better bonus x

Suppose it's alright but never win and if you do its only a fraction of what u actually spent, then they take more when u want to cash in

I have used Boom25 a number of times and won one purchase, winning around £10 back. I am still waiting on 4 purchases I have made through Ebay, most of them dating back from October and November last year. When I contacted customer services, they told me to wait 130 days and then get back to them. Seems ridiculous. It takes far too long to hear back and just as long to get the money into your account. Wont be using again.

No, you can't win all your money back on a lot of them, takes far too long to approve purchases, and most bonuses are penny's, haven't won anything since I joined, won alot more with Quidco.

Second attempt at a review since they keep reporting my previous ones (wonder why? Too accurate?)

So here are some facts that i believe cannot be reported since they are true of my experience

1) I and all of my referrals won our first ever purchases and nothing since (make of that what you will)
2) “win 100% of your purchase back” is misleading. Most retailers are now 50% or even 33% since the CEO caved into pressure from justEat and Ebay, now unsurprisingly all the other retailers want in on that and who can blame them?

3) You get bombarded and I mean bombarded with email after email every day

4) Orders rarely track

5) You wait months (and i mean months) to check if you’ve won (fact, unless buying a gift card) but this suits boom as you’ve built up lots more transactions during your wait and before realising what you’ll eventually realise. Too late, someone has earned a lot
Of money from your shopping!

6) most of the positive reviews are to win a competition whereby the critera is to “leave a positive review”

7) You can build up a bonus (recently reduced, no longer win ‘purchase again’ bonuses) only you can’t withdraw it unless you win... (please refer to point 1)

Make of that what you will.

in all honesty wasn't sure this was legit, used about 10 times and won nothing.
Just won £72 back for a purchase i forgot about lol, deff will keep on using now
