I’ve been with boom for about 9-10 months and had 2 wins the first was £10 and received within 5 days. The second was £331 and received within 18 working day’s straight into my PayPal 😄 very happy!

I've been using Boom for just over a year now. It's sad to see low star reviews from people under the assumption that winning your purchases back is guaranteed and haven't had that experience (yet!). The way I look at it, is if you are making a purchase anyway then Boom25 gives you that opportunity to potentially win something back and if not you get a little bonus amount instead. If you were going to spend the money anyway, it's not a loss if you don't win it back. I've won 6 times in a year - most of these have been grocery shops from Tesco and save my winnings up to withdraw for Birthdays and Christmas. I had a duplicate payment taken out accidentally very recently and I contacted customer service at Boom 25. They dealt with within 72 hours and I had the money back in my account then as well. Great turnaround!

Any winnings I've withdrawn to PayPal just cease to exist. The funds do not go to PayPal, just a waste of time.

I have contacted support with no joy. Iv been with boom 25 for 9 months with minimum win, I have spent thousands through the site currently have over £1600 pending, have over £30 waiting to be taken out, winnings from 10p, 20p per transaction that I didn't win that's how much iv spent, the win is not 100% cashback and not even 50% anymore, unlike other cashback sites, you have to win to take out any money you have earned so if you spend alot like I do then that money just sits there, making you have to use boom 25, Iv called it a day with boom 25 it's pointless, most of these reviews are based on new sign ups and not long term customers, i have earned a alot of money through top cashback in past year and returning to them, yes you dont get 25% of your winnings back, but your money is there to be taken when you want it and guaranteed. If you dont often buy online you could wait forever for a win and be able to claim your money, meanwhile boom 25 is sitting on the commission of your transaction. While it's all tied up "waiting to be a winner " so sad that this could have been great, but a massive fail. Top cashback I'm back.

I love boom! It might take months for some to be approved and it might not always be for 100% cash back BUT it’s FREE MONEY if you do win!! If you were going to spend the money anyway what does it matter?

I am so frustrated I bought a £300 amazon gift card the money has gone out of my bank but got no gift card and no email. I have emailed them countless times and getting no where. Avoid at all costs. I'm so annoyed

I PAID FOR A £100 ARGOS GIFTCARD ON BOOM25 WHICH HAS £0 ON IT WHEN I TRIED TO SPEND!!! BOOM25 HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY REFUND REQUESTS. THE COMPANY IS A CON ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

For cashback rewards for simply sending i would recommend. Some things take time to load and "pay out" even if it is 10 pence but had it less thag a month and already cashed out almost £10. Just from tracking my just eat purchases and ebay addiction.

I always boom for things i was gunna buy anyway! Worth a shot. I've won a few times over the years but its no loss if I don't as I was spending anyway!

Don’t bother with it as u never win and it takes u months to fleet 10 p I have been waiting 10 feb and still waiting

Boom 25 - Fantastic idea ! The principle is great but they let themselves down in areas that would be so easy to correct. Customer service leaves so much to be desired, long wait for responses and then replies that lead you to believe that no-one has actually read your question correctly. Surprisingly it makes me want to work for Boom25 as I know I could improve the customer service aspect greatly! I wish more time was taken to proof read the Website/App/Facebook as spelling and grammar is important and silly mistakes give a really bad impression. Boom - Dot your i's and cross your t's. Make yourself as great as you could be.

DONT KNOW WHATS WORSE THE WEBSITE OR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE USED IT IN OCTOBER AND STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK WILL NEVER USE AGAIN ITS A CON !!!!!!

Not impressed with this at all! have used on a few visits to ebay and morrisons etc for example...tells me it has tracked then when i have completed my orders |I get an e mail saying that I have just missed out on chance to win my money back, make sure you complete your order!!
Urghh :( So annoying, you put your faith in these organisations and offers etc only to discover it don't work and your time, effort and details have been stolen!...

Am afraid my experience leaves me very highly suspicious of the high star rating this site has...How can that be when my experience has been so poor indeed! Give it a miss, is a compromise to your info' security etc and it simply don't work at best...Let alone any chance of getting your purchase repaid etc...Nah! Something not right here!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are all about. The money you can win back has gone down a bit temporarily while all this lockdown is going on. I've won 8 times since I joined.
Join the FB page to join in with all the competitions, and see what people have won back.
If you're shopping online anyway, what is there to lose.

Boom 25 is brilliant they have doing their best in this hard time. I recommend this site to anyone and it can only get better. Well done keep up the good work

Boom25 is getting more and more useless by the day. Winning 50% of your purchase price was okay, but not brilliant, and now it is down to 25% it is simply hardly worth doing. Also you cannot sign in on android no matter how many times you put in the correct password, so it's only usable on my laptop. I've deleted the app on my phone as it just won't work at all, yet I had notifications to check if I was a winner - I can't check if it won't log me in! I've had one or two small wins, but I will soon be an ex-Boom25 member.

Great when it first started. Boom has gone downhill with the winning amount % reduced massively. Also have recently been very poor at companies approval timescales. Booking.com particularly bad awaiting two transactions from December last year to be approved. Sent a query email and it’s still not resolved. Advertising a service whether free or not you should get it. I feel service and approval times are currently very poor.

I’ve won a few times and it’s exciting when your purchase is approved.
Worth doing as you’ve nothing to lose!
