Accommodating for my needs
I have been working with book writing Inn for 6 months now. For me the process needs to be slow, correct and perfect- it is my book. They have been understanding about how I work and been very supportive and accommodating. If something is not to my liking then a change is made , with their input. I am in no rush to publish and they work with this. I have meetings every couple of weeks and then move forward. No pressure- no issues.

Highly recommend Book writing Inn
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Book Writing Inn in 2025 and I’m continuing our partnership for my 2026 projects. They published my prayer journal from designing the cover and handling publication and I’m very satisfied with the results. I worked with Fabian, whose expertise on the subject is exceptional. Their communication is excellent, and they are a solutions-driven company.
They also produced promotional videos for two of my books, which proved highly effective on social media. The overall quality of their work is outstanding, with consistent communication from Eren Zein, who continually provided valuable feedback on the ongoing projects.I will continue publishing all my work with Book writing Inn

My journey with Eren
Like a lot of people, an idea turned into a short story and friends say, “get it published”. To a novice like me, it’s not that easy. There is so much red tape, to be fair, mainly from Amazon, that I was almost put off completely. It smacked of ID fraud. You have to be careful theses days? Eren guided me through and ultimately he and his team helped turn my idea into a short story which has sold a dozen copies in 1 week. I have a second short story in the final stages of publishing. Eren has been transparent helpful and clear throughout. If I had my second short story, it would be 5 stars.

Dear Steve,
On behalf of the entire team, thank you for leaving such a thoughtful and detailed review on Trustpilot. Reading about your journey—from that initial spark of an idea to seeing your first short story live on Amazon and already selling a dozen copies in its very first week—truly made our day.
A special thank you as well to Eren. We’re incredibly lucky to have him on the team—his patience, clarity, and genuine care for every author he works with is exactly what sets us apart, and your kind words about him mean the world.
We’re just as excited about your second story hitting the shelves very soon, and we promise the same level of transparent, straightforward support every step of the way (and beyond). Whether it’s fine-tuning covers, brainstorming marketing ideas, or planning your next project, we’re always here whenever you need us.
Congratulations again on your publishing success so far. Keep writing, and thank you for letting us be part of your journey.

My big, bold, brave achievement
When I first enbarked on the journey to write my first novel. I was apprehensive. I didn't know enough about the publishing industry to navigate the pitfalls. To be honest I was very wary of being scammed. But all my fears and insecurities quickly disappeared after my first call with Lucas and Justin. They assured me that I was making the right decision and that my story was in good hands. They handled the whole process with true professionalism.
I am so grateful to Lucas and Justin for their outstanding guidance and professionalism. Their insight into the publishing industry was invaluable and helped me move forward with confidence.
Their kindness, support and constant encouragement gave me the motivation to keep going on my writing journey. They made the whole experience incredibly special and helped me to transform a long held dream into a work of art and bring my vision to light.
I am absolutely delighted with the cover design and the beautiful illustrations throughout my book. They truly brought my ideas to life and helped shape them into a story I'm proud of and one my readers will love❤️

Honest Excellent Marketing
A welcome change and great comparison to the rogues out there. I am now very cautious but found their attention to detail on design, layout and also raising some great questions refreshing and their work very professional. The honesty of this company are also key to this publishing service. The marketing knowledge of this company in the book arena I would class as excellent.

⭐ 1 Star – Completely Deceptive and Unprofessional
My experience with Book Writing Inn was ruined by an employee named Kylie, whose conduct was blatantly unethical and deeply unprofessional. As an author, I trusted this company with my work—and that trust was completely betrayed.
From the beginning, Kylie showed zero respect for my project or my requirements. Instead of delivering what was promised, she repeatedly pushed upselling tactics, misrepresented services, and changed expectations mid-process. I felt deliberately misled and taken advantage of. This was not support—it was manipulation.
Communication was poor, dismissive, and evasive. When concerns were raised, accountability was avoided, and responsibility was deflected. In my experience, her behavior crossed the line from incompetence into deception. I genuinely felt scammed.
Kylie is a liability to this company and reflects extremely poorly on Book Writing Inn as a whole. Allowing an employee to operate this way damages the company’s credibility and reputation with authors who invest time, money, and trust into their work.
This was, without question, the worst customer experience I’ve had in publishing services. I strongly advise authors to stay away unless Book Writing Inn addresses this conduct immediately.
