Book Publication UK Anmeldelser

My first experience of publishing has been very positive. The team at Book Publication UK are good people. Helpful, supportive and encouraging, just what I needed. They have guided me with patience throughout the process. I intend to continue working with them as I write the sequel to my first book.

What can i say Harry and Arthur and Jerry were all brilliant especially as im a technophobe. Cannot thank them enough for making my dream come true. Absolutely 100%. The process went so smoothly. The illustrations were just amazing. Come on now im nearly 70 and if i can do it so can YOU. Everyone hss a book in them. Merry Christmas xx

Working with the team was excellent. It’s difficult to take that first leap of faith, but I’m glad I did. The team at Book Publication UK organised social media posts, Amazon A+ content and a press release that was very wide spread. Overall my presence as an author on social media and the internet overall expanded greatly. I would consider using them again for future projects.

Proofing was brilliant, as well as the help with clarity. They did a fantastic job with the layout and upload and the finished book look professional. Promotion looks good, but results for that will come later! Polite and helpful. I will certainly use again

I don't recommend this company. At times I thought it may not be be legitimate.. Zane was quick to advise they could help and they take money upfront. As soon as I had a first call (something I had to push hard for) with Ava, who was unprofessional and didn't seem to know anything about what we wanted, it quickly became apparent they couldn't really help but would also not offer any refund (refund terms don't make sense to me). I could never speak to our main contact who mysteriously had an emergency the day we had a scheduled call and has now left the company to go abroad, shady. No one I dealt with is on LinkedIn nor is there an about us section relating to team/ staff on their website. I was advised that for them to help me I should set up on Amazon self publishing and send them my credentials something forbidden on Amazon's terms, all very shady. What I feel I have received for £599 is a scan of circa 20 pages from hardcopy manuscripts I sent to them. No progress at all in 6 months. I am not corresponding with them further and picking up with trading standards and regulators...

All people working there are polite and helpful. They created wonderful pictures and text for my web content. I appriciate their work totally. Unfourtunatly we had to face changes of the team working with me.
Arthur Burton did his best to continue the process smoothly in order to reach my goals

My heartfelt thanks to Arthur Burton and the dedicated team at Author Solutions, who are helping me bring my Hindi poetry collection Pashchim ki Hawaiian into the world. Their encouragement, understanding, and constant guidance have made this creative journey meaningful and inspiring. I’m truly grateful for their belief in my work and their efforts to make this dream a reality.

Arthur talked me through the options and helped to get the book online.

What truly sets Rick apart is his level of personal dedication and communication. He was always prompt, clear, and reassuring, making me feel like my project was his top priority. Knowing I had such a dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive professional in my corner made all the difference.

I've spoke to Rick White, which is amazing person; he was very understanding and patient. He helped me with everything what I needed. Customer service on very high level. Definitely will come back and recommend Book Publication UK to other people.

Great publishers. Would highly recommend. Couldn’t do enough for me. If I had any questions, they have been answered. I found some of the questions difficult to understand but they wrote them to me in a much more understandable way.

Had a lovely chat with Rick White about publishing a book for my mother. Rick was incredibly helpful and made everything easy to understand. Anything that we didn't understand Rick patiently talked us through it.

Book Publication UK formatted my self-help book for print and eBook. They selected fonts and layouts that matched the book’s style, ensuring it looked professional across all formats. They were responsive to my feedback on the initial draft, and the final product is clean and reader-friendly.

Had a lovely chat with Natalie in Customer Services. I'm helping my daughter research her dream job and Natalie was helpful, understanding and friendly. Would highly recommend.

They were very helpful in helping me to get stuff
Sorted for finishing and publishing my book. 5 star. 😀

I spoke to Zane today and he was very helpful and understood everything that was concerning me, I'd recommend Best Publishing to any aspiring or new authors talk to these guys 1st

Zane gave me a lot of help and was very pleasant.

Publishing my comic book with Youha was a breeze! Their expertise in book formatting and digital marketing ensured my work reached the right audience. Exceptional service.

I spoke to a real person (not an AI bot) who gave me all the information I needed including pricing. I am definitely considering using them as they have the added advantage that they are not Amazon.

No AI bots, just real people, and genuinely helping out. I got all the information I wanted, and more, in 15 mins of chatting. Very thorough, responsive, and efficient. Kudos to you!
