Well. I was very surprised. They did more than well. It is a trustworthy company, and they are doing an amazing job. Tnks from Canada

From start to finish, Lynn has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine support made the publishing process smooth and stress-free. She was always responsive, patient, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and guide me through every step. I truly felt listened to and valued throughout. Lynn is a credit to the publishing team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and friendly support in their publishing journey. Thank you, Lynn!

Would highly recommend working with BookPrintingChina. Janice was exceptional throughout - quick to respond, thorough in her communication, and patient with my many questions. I ordered almost 2000 children's books and have received a smaller amount of them via a faster shipping method. I should be receiving the rest in the next two weeks. The prints I've received so far have turned out beautifully. Great color, quality and binding. It helped to order test prints a few times to really understand how/where the printed file and placement of our images/text actually show on the book pages so I would definitely recommend doing that. Pricing was very reasonable as well, especially when compared to printing in the states. If I need to print in the future, I'll absolutely be reaching back out to Janice!

Working with Winnie at BookPrintingChina has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. She was extremely responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process of printing my children’s book. Winnie answered all my questions promptly, provided clear pricing and shipping details, and ensured that every detail was handled with care. The quality of the printing exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I truly appreciate her professionalism and support, and I look forward to working with her again in the future!

Highly recommend!

I would Highly recommend Bookprintingchina as from start to finish the correspondence and helpfulness they gave was brilliant.
They kept the cost very low and even helped me out with paying the swift transfer fee.
Fantastic.
will definitely use again
Thank you so much Winnie.

I’m so glad I found Book Printing China. They have been amazing to work with and have produced a very high quality drawing book for me that sold out in the first 2 months. I’ve ordered more and I’m currently waiting for more stock to arrive in Australia. Lynn has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has helped me with decisions every step of the way. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to self publish a book.

This whole experience of mine has been the most reasonable and enjoyable experience I’ve had with any printing company and I had been in contact with SEVERAL. I worked one on one with Lynn, and from the beginning she was eager to help and assist me (even when I had a tough time understanding). She was so patient with all of the various quotes I requested. Then on top of everything, the ordering was smooth and that was a blessing! I received my order of 300 books EARLY! It wasn’t supposed to arrived for another 2 weeks to the USA, but I got them early! I was so so so excited and grateful! If you’re having any doubts, just trust in the various reviews and you will be absolutely amazed at what kind of product you get!

Winnie was fantastic from beginning to end. My first time working with a printing company in China and had a fabulous experience. Will use them again!

I've been working with Lynn at BookPrintingChina for about a year now and have been repeatedly impressed at the excellent customer service and quality of our print products. In my industry, this is hard to come by! It's a joy to see our products come to life, and I have no hesitation about referring others to work with this wonderful company.

We cannot recommend BookPrintingChina highly enough. The process was scary at first as this was our first time going outside of NZ, had no idea what the process was or whether we could trust. But Lynn and her team have been absolutely amazing. The fast communication, the additional help to ensure our product looks great and all the other little extra things that do not go unnoticed. We are now fully confident in the process and value the partnership we have made with BookPrintingChina.

Aries is a great customer service rep. Working with Book Printing China for the first time was a smooth experience with a beautiful end product. We experienced timely and professional communication along the way and will continue to work with these folks.

Both the books with coloured pictures I ordered have been received in their destinations, mine in NZ and the other in the US. The packing is nice.
Overall, the organisation's workmanship is very good, the getup of the book is very nice and the printing impressive. I would like to place on record my appreciation of the exemplary workmanship, the way you people dealt with my requests, your promptness, your good understanding of my request and your helping with the color conversion. My thanks to everybody there who contributed to this good work. As a customer, I am very satisfied. Thank you and all the best.

Kind regards S. Krishnan

Excellent Customer Service, great quality end-product

It was a pleasure working with this company. My representative was Winnie and she has definitely gone above and beyond to help us. She has shown much patience and politeness and looking forward to working with them on a continuous basis.

I had a fantastic experience with Book Printing China. I was nervous printing offshore, but they are very professional, easy and quick with communication, great price, excellent quality books, and were very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions and made a few changes along the way. They were very accommodating. My contact was Lynn and I'm very thankful for her and hope to work with her again. You can definitely trust this company.

The experience was smooth. The communication was great, and the pricing was fair. Great quality printing! We will be using this company again.

I wrote a semi-biography about my parents on 8-1/2 X 11 inch paper that was enhanced by illustrations (maps, photos, chart, etc). BookprintingChina was able to accept pdfs and reviewed a test chapter to ensure there were no issues. As my need only required 20 books, they were willing to take it on. They kept me informed about the progress and about the shipping arrangements. The cost, due to shiping was substantial, but as this was a special project, it was considered a lesser issue.

Working with BookPrintingChina was really smooth & easy. The customer service was really great and the quality of my books came out amazing & consistent. I definitely recommend to everybody, beginner or advanced. I was extremely happy with their overall service!
