Tracking didn’t update for 2 full weeks, customer service didn’t respond until I opened a PayPal case & response was patronising. Quality dreadful when it did eventually arrive, damaged. Would not recommend when you can get the same elsewhere probably cheaper

After I gave my review on here in February the very next day I received an email from book nooks saying sorry I hadn't received my refund yet and they would chase it up please allow a few days it's now over a week later nothing again.
So I would recommend you don't deal
with this company.

Ordered and never received a confirmation email or any order details, but they have taken the money. Tried to contact several times but nothing

Edit: received a response 2 weeks later and have now received item, up rating according. Still feel they need to work on customer service

I have a charge on my credit card from Book Nook but made no such purchase. Anyone else experience the same?

The items are produced in China. This means that the delivery timescales are long and returning the items is a nightmare.
I ordered 2 items in early Dec which did not arrive until after Christmas. I didn't open them as too late to gift.
I returned the items using Evri tracked delivery. Still no refund.

Ordered from them in November never got deliverd dispite saying it did after loads of emails they said it wasnt sent as not in stock but could choose alterative same done in December no delivery and now it's Feb !not answering emails and no other way of getting hold of them ROBBED £60 .absolutely disgusting. Does anyone know the best way of going forward with this so many of us they owe money too.

Ordered item in early December, item.was shown as being returned to sender a few weeks later with no explanation. Emailed the customer support. Someone calling themselves Kirby apologised and offered a refund.
That was the last time I've heard from them in mid January, never had my refund or the item I ordered.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE OR YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY

As has been said proportion to be UK based but you'll be waiting weeks and it won't arrive. The delivery times on the website are a lie.
The items when it did arrive (after they ignored all contact inbetween) was damaged and looked like it had been kicked down the stairs.
Avoid and look elsewhere

Totaler scam , droppshipping vom feinsten . Schicken regelmäßig falsche Ware raus . Rücksendung nur in Länder wo die versandkosten den warenwert übersteigen . Nicht zu empfehlen .

Would rate it 0 stars but have to put 1 they just keep ignoring my messages been waiting for 2 months for my missing and damaged parts that they said they would resend as both my products was damaged dont buy from this company absolutely useless

Fake. Fake telephone number. Fake address. Will not answer to complaints and products will be delivered from China damaged and unusable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Took almost 2 months to arrive in which time customer service stopped responding to emails.

The product is packaged for the Chinese market and looks like a cheap knock off, not worth the £90 it cost.

Contacted them to cancel a duplicate order prior to them shipping. No response. Products got delivered so they were contacted about next steps. Asked them to provide a return address but never heard back. Meanwhile they are offering a 15% refund for something that was their fault from the beginning.

I was sent the wrong item, poor communication due to length of time between emails and I tried calling the phone number on their website to hear "this number is not recognised". Their returns policy states they will pay return shipping if the wrong product is sent and they're not honoring this. I've requested a full refund due to the product being incorrect and that they pay for the return postage (to China) but they are disputing this. I've had to go through my bank to try and get the money back. It's such a shame because the quality of the product actually looks really good...it's just NOT what I ordered. I will definitely NOT be using this company again and I will advise my book loving friends to do the same.

I am very disappointed with Booknooks regarding their affiliate commissions. The brand is not transparent about how commissions are calculated and processed. Despite my efforts to contact them for clarification, I received no clear response. It feels like they are intentionally avoiding their payment obligations to partners. I have full dashboard records to prove this lack of professionalism. Potential partners should be very cautious.

I ordered two kits from Booknooks.co BIG SCAMMER….it came in white plain box no pictures Photocopy of Chinese book of instructions..the pictures were so dark that you can’t see any holes of where you should put certian item in. I complained . They said I have to send it back to china. You know how much it cost to send back to china. No way, The pieces does not fit. Do not order from them .Order thru Amazon so you dont have to deal with Chinese customer service. I want my full money back. It’s in process. I took photocopy of everything.
What I can’t understand is seeing all the neg about this co . Why is this co still running should close this business down

The book nooks are actually from Cute Bee. They are way overpriced. It's a total rip off. The book nooks are way cheaper on Cute Bee. Don't buy from this company!

Ordered 2 booknooks never arrived, no response from customer services despite sending multiple emails. Claims to be based in London but the phone number shown on the website is dead. Total scam.

Purchased item for with usual retail price of £88. Received cheap poor quality Chinese item in generic packaging that was unsuitable for gifting. Contacted company to arrange a return under distance selling laws, was told that I'd need to pay shipping back to China. Don't be fooled by the registered address in Covent Garden!

Terrible.. product came with Chinese packaging and instructions. When I tried to return it I was offered a link to translate the instructions or could return to an address in China! Considering it was advertised as the genuine book nook not cheap Chinese copies I was less than inpressed
