Do not get this app. Horrible the worst app don’t tie up your business to this app delete as soon as possible.

Bookipi's Aug 25 update was a huge downgrade. Can't access my webpage, edit paid invoices, or add itemized items. The app is now 80% useless. And the worst part? They're charging 300% more than other finance apps. Overpriced and underperforming. Not recommended until they fix these issues.

I've been using bookipi for years now and it definitely makes my life easier. I also want to say special thanks to the support. They always been extremely patient with me, even when I was a complete buffon.

Update disaster! August 2025. I have used Bookipi (paid) for 5 years now and have enjoyed using it up until the latest update. August 2025. It is now so clunky and full of bugs it’s ridiculous. There are so many extra unnecessary steps to create an invoice. It now takes 20 minutes to do what used to take 10. For some weird reason the developers have decided we are not now allowed to edit a part paid invoice. Have you never heard of a deposit? Orders change and need to be amended sometimes.
If this is not sorted out very soon I will be forced into finding an alternative at a loss to myself.

The latest update from two weeks ago is a complete disaster — riddled with bugs and clearly designed by people who have never had to make an invoice in their lives. I’ve been a loyal Bookipi user since the early free days right through to the paid version, and everything was fine… until now. This update has completely broken the most basic function of the app — creating an invoice — something that should be simple, but is now a frustrating, error-filled mess.

We used to like Bookipi as it was user friendly, easy to navigate and great for running s business on the go. But they have now done an upgrade and the app is complete rubbish. Very unfriendly. Mobile version is dreadful. Cannot view an invoice without scrolling right and left. The upgrade has sent them backwards. Wouldn't recommend and looking for an alternative sadly.

I’ve been logged outta my account and lost all my business figures within the wallets. I can’t log back in because it keeps telling me the details aren’t correct and the email address isn’t accessible anymore due to Bookipi not responding to an earlier request to update it. So now with this new issue I’ve lost everything and despite X3 separate emails to the supposed support email address advised on their website they never responded or offer any assistance, I’ve written in comments on their X (Twitter) posts but again they don’t seem fussed about that either. So much for SUPPORT !!!! I’d avoid these as they clearly don’t wanna help when there is an issue !!!!

I’ve been using Bookipi for my business to send quotes and invoices, but I’m now dealing with a serious ongoing data breach that hasn’t been resolved — despite raising it multiple times with their support.

When I send a quotation to one customer, it’s also being emailed to other unrelated customers. This has happened repeatedly, and several clients have now told me they’re receiving private information that isn’t meant for them.

These emails include personal data and pricing details, which is not only a breach of trust — it’s also a clear violation of data protection laws. It’s exposing sensitive business information and damaging my company’s reputation. I’ve already noticed the impact on customer confidence and potentially on future bookings.

I’ve contacted Bookipi support on multiple occasions and supplied everything they requested, including screenshots showing the emails are being sent from their own system. Despite this, nothing has been fixed, and the problem continues.

I’ve now escalated the matter to the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) for formal investigation.

Until this is properly resolved, I can’t recommend Bookipi to any business that values data privacy or customer trust.

Bookipi is nothing but bunch of thieves.
They are trying to charge me for their app I have been using for free for years and then stating from their chat ot that it is going to start in September.
Then when I tell them so why do I have to pay now and not on September they don't answer.
I will expose you to the entire world for being thieves . You should value your customers and treat them right.
Don't bring up surprise bills to your clients . At least have the decency to send an email stating the new changes not when you open the app.
Very disappointed. I'd rather use an app that charges me to begin with .

Minus 10. No customer support whatsoever, just a bot giving crap replies of no relevance. A shame as it worked well initially

Absolutely rubbish.
I switched to the paying for the App, and having issues ALL OF THE TIME.

Cannot view / copy invoices.
Even when it does copy the addresses are not the same (from the copy)

Was a good App 3 years ago, but now looking for a new invoice creator.

I am really disappointed on them, after a good 2 years with them. Now I can't log into my invoices as it says, 'User Blocked'. I tried several times contacting them, no help. I had to update customer's invoices, but I can't. I have to make sales, but no I am blocked and your customer service is helpless. It really frustrating when you contact them then there is an automated machine responding with no help. I guess I have to cancel my subscription and try another invoice maker... Really disappointed

issues with sending invoices system says sent and read but never sent.

I lost my phone and had to replace the app. I've made numerous attempts to login in the last two days, getting all sorts of error messages, but never getting close to getting back into the program. I went to their website and used the chatbot, but nothing happened. I emailed the company and they never responded. I'm a small business, and had depended on this for almost two years. Now I'll have to start over with another company.

Used their app to send an invoice to a customer and they hold your money for 7 days??? Why is this. Try and contact them via email and chat bot but no response. Very poor so stay away any small business that needs invoices try someone else as you won't get your money.

Ca va faire presque 2 ans que j'utilisais Bookipi gratuitement, il y avait quelques lacunes mais faisait le job pour un logiciel gratuit.
Leur slogan c'était " Bookipî ne sera jamais payant", oui il est gratuit pour faire 3/4 documents par mois, mais si on veut faire plus 10€. Bof
Je l'utilise le temps de passer sur un autre logiciel payant de meilleur qualité.
