I have been associated with Booking Gini for promoting my homestay. I am highly impressed with the service provided by the team for managing my bookings , advising me by the team Manager time to time and their efficient service. An Extraordinary Experience with Bookingjini

I have started my career at Bookingjini! The kind of exposure and growth I have got is unbelievable. Looking forward for more years with Bookingjini. I serve more than 200 clients as per my role and all my clients are super happy and they are there with me for more than 4 years as of today.

Hardwork pays!

Good concept - Very poor service

The response rate is very low. Farah was our initial contact, who went on leave as soon as purchase was complete. For about 10-15 days we saw no activity or response. Just when we decided to raise a fraud complaint, she was back in touch with us. Very bitter experience, cannot forgive such behavior. She later promised to personally look into the work and progress (just like during purchase). Farah has amazing talent, beautiful sales agent. Trust me, she will take calls any time of the day during purchase. After purchase, she will say she left the phone in the office. Her peers will answer the call and say that this is the office phone and it sits in the office and not with her. It will get very hard to reach her. You made a deal with her, so you would not be having her boss's number too. You will feel so stuck and helpless. You will regret the purchase until you move on thinking it's ok, there are people like this in the world!

Next we were introduced to Arpitha, who seems to be a hardworking individual but too much to do on her plate. She added us to OTA emails. Daily we get about several emails from contacts we are not familiar with both on OTA and Bookingjini end. It is absolutely hard to track where we are and how the progress is. That is when we requested a timeline. What would have been good from the beginning is to have a weekly status meeting where we can discuss how this whole project was doing. We asked Farah for the same. But she was unable to connect with the technical team. Very strange that the technical team would not take her calls. This is when she has asked me to write an email with all the difficulties we are facing.

When a person starts a business, they are so excited to make a change in the society. One service partner like this will drain 50% of the energy you have. Every month starts, I have to pay numerous salaries. To improve sales, I have purchased this product. Idea of the product is amazing, the interface is great. I am sure founders are impressed with themselves, I would be too. But delivery and service is really really poor and energy draining. We are 100% above the promised timeline. If I had even a glimpse of how this experience would be, I would have not stepped into it. Delay is hurting financially but lack of response is hurting mentally.

At this time, I requested Arpitha to share all the account details of the OTAs (UserID and passwords) in an email. I will have someone start managing these OTAs manually until bookingjini or another company has the promised solution. I pray for my peers in the field that are facing the same problem with this channel manager and warn new customers that this is how you would be treated. Business itself is tough, find someone that will respect you, your money and your time!
