Very good and efficient service. Grace have been very prompt in responding to all queries in a friendly and professional manner. Books were delivered on time and quality of books were very good. Very much recommended and will definitely get my books from bookend again.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Bookends. Not only was the service extremely quick. I ordered the books on a Thursday and I received them on Sunday. Also the books are in pretty good condition for pre-owned or second-hand. The prices are very good too. I've already recommended it to all my family and friends. And I'll definitely order again in the future! I'd give it a full 5 stars.
