Save yourself some major mental issues. Do not place an order with Bonnie and Pop. They have no process for customer service. Example, I placed an order on the 13th, shipping label not printed till the 19th and UPS still does not have the package to date :(

We received a gift basket from Bonnie & Pop. One the the Pecan Snapper candies had several chunks of pecan shells in it. I can understand this happening, but the company not responding at all to my call has made me a "never again" customer.

Product was completely melted upon receipt. They have not reimbursed me!

I recieved as a gift. The tin is beautiful. The chocolate is ok. I've had much better chocolate.
I would NOT make an effort to get the assortment because the crunchy ones aren't and the flavored ones taste like chocolate. That's it. I would not purchase this. It's edible for sure, but the beauty of the tin raised my expectations.

This was the 4th time I purchased this item Delicious 3 times and this time stale and rancid. Won't buy again. Too bad because this was my favorite gift to give.

Ordered 3 boxes of chocolate for Valentine’s Day gifts. They only sent one. Promised they would deliver the other two and messed that order also sending the wrong items. Go elsewhere for chocolate. You can do much better.

This is unfortunately the second order I’ve placed with Bonnie & Pop, and both orders arrived late, missing the delivery dates I specifically selected at checkout.

In this most recent case, the items were purchased as Christmas gifts with a promised delivery date before the holiday. Some of the items were only delivered days after Christmas, which made them unusable for their intended purpose. While I understand that carriers can experience delays during the holidays, when customers are given specific delivery date options, those dates should be realistic and honored.

What’s most frustrating is that this isn’t an isolated incident — it’s now a pattern. Two orders, two missed delivery windows.

Customer service acknowledged the delay and offered a refund, but when ordering gifts, timing matters just as much as the product itself. If you’re considering ordering from Bonnie & Pop for a time-sensitive occasion, I’d recommend being cautious or ordering much earlier than needed.

The products themselves are nice, but reliability and delivery expectations need significant improvement.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order for multiple gift chocolate boxes, but two boxes were never delivered, even though I was fully charged.

I contacted the company several times by email. They blamed UPS, saying the shipment was mixed up, and promised to resend the missing boxes. Unfortunately, nothing was ever sent. After that, they stopped responding to my emails entirely.

At this point, I’ve lost both the products and my money. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless you’re prepared to deal with poor communication and unresolved issues.
A short update: After Christmas, I received an email from them informing me that my orders were shipped!

Bought a Christmas basket with nuts and chocolate and it was loved!! Beautifully packaged, great quality, good portions!

Way too much unnecessary, planet- killing, waste. The chocolate tastes cheap and waxy, and every small piece is individually wrapped in bulky plastic, inside a tin, inside a cardboard box. I received this as a gift, and that was nice. However the product itself is ridiculous. SO MUCH UNNECESSARY PLASTIC, clearly just taking up space on order to justify sending a regular- sized box containing only a tiny sample size of actual chocolate. This annoys me both from the perspective of a customer who expects better than this from a company that got money for this, and especially from the perspective of an earthling who is sick to death of freaking BRO "culture" that is enriching the greediest, most thoughtless, most morally corrupt among us at the expense of literally everyone else on earth. STOP WITH THE GARBAGE WASTE.

Received a food box from this company. Did not order, assumed it was a gift, but no enclosure. Perhaps a scam to contact the company? Sent email, no response. Only voicemail, no one answers phone. I won't eat a product if I don't know who sent it or I've never heard of the company. In the garbage it goes.

After the insanity I experienced with Bonnie and Pop explained in most recent review, two weeks ago, they finally em to tell me they are processing a full refund. That was two weeks ago. Two weeks later and nothing. As usual I get voicemail when I call. Ugh

Horrible customer service. I was sending a gift to an ailing friend and when entering the information for delivery the address defaulted to my billing address instead of where I wanted it sent. I didn’t catch it until after completing the order which was at midday. I immediately called the customer service number and no one answered. I left a detailed message and also followed up with an email. My call was not returned and my email was answered later that day saying it was too late. Later that day I got an email from UPS stating that a label had been printed (to the wrong address) but that the package had not been received for shipping. Obviously my order could have easily been rerouted to the right address but Bonnie and Pop did not even try to intervene. I will never use them again!

I like the free shipping option they provide.
Their selection is good and I like the packaging a lot.
I took 1 star off because I do not like the gift message on the packaging slip, it is very tiny and not elegant as the packaging!
