Slow at responding, often did after multiple chasers. Case dragged on for over 6 months and communication hasn’t been a good experience. I won’t recommend people to use this service myself.

Absolutely rubbish! Made us wait months and months telling us we should get about £800 but now telling us we will only get £45?! Disgraceful. Definitely will never use these again! RIP off! Useless!
