Bolton Tools Is HORRIBLE! DO NOT use them! Thankfully, our purchase was only for $44 so we didn't get robbed financially too terribly bad, if its a loss. I can already tell they are not wanting to refund us any money.
We ordered a product on 12/15/25; then on 12/29/25, after multiple calls and hours on hold for the option to "check on your order," we could not get through to anyone...so we called back and chose the option to "place an order" and finally got an answer - imagine that.
Complained and the guy said they get at least 7 days to "place" the product so they were still in their allowable window for fulfillment - None of this was disclosed or listed anywhere on the website or purchase agreement when we paid for the items and the website said they were in stock and would ship immediately. Upon asking about this, they just got very rude and stated they had tried to contact us by sending multiple emails - I asked them to forward them so I could verify the story and what they sent was a Copy/Paste from Word of a few "messages" that looked like email but that were clearly not. They were LIES, passed off as "emails."
Since, we've requested a refund multiple times and have not gotten any replies/refund. They will not answer the phone numbers we've been calling from. We haven't tried to hide the number or use another phone because, well, we shouldn't have to, but it may come down to it.
This "company" is a scam, is TRASH, and is likely FRAUDULENT.....and I would even go as far as saying likely a "mirrored" site with fake items listed online to enable them to compile CC numbers and personal info like passwords, etc., as they do want you to establish a website credential.
YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!
Best $44 we Ever spent and lost. We know they are Thieves, liars, and fraudsters and only had to pay $44 to find out everything about those people we ever needed to know....
They honestly need to be investigated and shut down - Definitely reeks of Fraud.

Take your money and send zero product. Wish zero stars was available. Under no circumstance should you purchase anything from these frauds.

Customer support is non existent. Purchased a lathe CQ9332A and needed to have a electrician friend figure out how to wire it to 220v since Customer support never responded. Right out the box,, the speed range label is incorrect, according to the chart if your in high gear your actually in low. i requested a replacement and was laughed at. 1yr into owning it the compound screw broke at the handle and tried to order replacement (I've been waiting 2yrs) recently the switch to engage spindle forward broke. I called for a replacement part, the lady barely spoke English and the part needed isn't even in their parts breakdown schematics. She was putting in a priority call back service tag. It has been a week and nothing. If you are a master at electrical and know where to purchase such parts you should be fine, but if you are like myself and don't have time to cross reference and search online for hours do yourself a favor and buy a quality machine with Customer service. My Precision matthews mill had a issue recently after 5yrs of heavy use and they answered immediately, figured out what I needed and I had parts in 3 days.

I spent nearly $3,000 on an order with them. Shipped, no tracking number. Called customer service to check on the order. Asked some details like which carrier and the rep said yes and no in short order with phone line issues. I asked for clarification and was shouted at and then hung up on. First and last order.

Stopped answering emails and calls once I purchased hydraulic lift table. Lowering cable snapped during out of box set up! Cant replace cable because of way the table is manufactured and they (Carme) will not respond! Cheap products and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SALE. I called and emailed requests for help for three weeks.

This place has got to be a scam placed an order, the replied a week later that they were out of stock, no refund issued, called and was told I had to call to request a refund, after requesting a refund and calling repeatedly I was finally given a refund, one month later still looking for the refund.

Seems to be a complete rip off. Never got the items, Luckily only 35.00. They sure took the money with no problem

worst customer service ever. they don't have any answers to the status of their orders. the only answer is sorry. one month after cancelling an order, they are trying to send it to me & not refund the order. It took them two months to ship an order.

I gave one star, but if possible, would leave no stars. One is too kind. I am echoing what I have read from others. Item was reportedly in stock. Placed order. After near a month of waiting and many phone calls and no shipment of item, I requested to cancel. Then an email saying refund will be processed. After reading these reviews, I did not want to wait a month for my refund. A quick phone call to my CC company and charge was reversed.

I ordered a packaging desk, which was in stock, according to their customer service. I waited a month and they never shipped it. Every time I called, they said they were going to escalate, but as a matter of fact I never received my order.

I purchased the $5000 machine. Machine came broken. They said they're gonna ship the parts like in 4 months and year later they don't even respond. They never did anything big padisappointment do not buy from them.

Company is dishonest, charged for product, refused damaged shipment, sent pics and notified immediately, 90 days later, no saw, no refund. Do Not spend money at Bolton tools or toolots. They won't respond to emails and don't answer your call when they owe you money or product when they plan to stiff you. Filed complaint with Visa.

Bought a 16-40 3 phase gun smithing lathe from them. Over all the machine is pretty good except the contactors for the motor. Called their tech support and left a message, never got a return call from them.

Installed a Variable frequency drive and except for the light and the coolant pump, I ended up bypassing the electrical system, and re-wired the safety switches to work with the VFD. Lathe works great now.

I would have to seriously consider buying anything else from Bolton Tools.

We bought a lift from bolton and they took our money and never delivered the product. We are still trying get our money back after numerous attempt to contact them. We have contacted the BBB. Do not buy from this company. They have numerous complaints related to taking money and not delivering the product.

If you're looking for an inexpensive and affordable tooling supplier for mill drill bits, and metal lathe accessories this is a good place to shop. I haven't purchased their machinery yet, but when I do I'll check on their warranties offered.
