We take all feedback seriously and strive to provide the best service possible to our customers. However, based on your description, it appears that you may have mistaken our company for another service provider. Hey Ryan, I wanted to personally respond to this by saying that I definitely understand where you're coming from, and why you're upset.

First is that, we 100% care about our Clients / Customers. As a matter of fact, one of our Core Values is literally "Unrivaled Client Support" and I'm sure you would've known that because we send every client a card and access to "Bolt University" to show who we are, what we do, why we do this, and expectations. The success of our business was solely built on making it almost impossible for clients to LOSE working with us. We handle your marketing, lead gen, lead qualification, we even have connections to help you dispo a deal or if you need help with transaction coordinations, we have connections for that as well.

Cancellation: For starters, cancellation is not a problem and like most businesses (that care about their customers), I personally spent a friday evening on a call with you that lasted almost 2 hours, talking about why you wanted to quit/cancel which was "Because you weren't getting a return", which was totally understandable, but when I asked why you think that was, and you said the lead quality "sucked".

I was then confused and pulled up your CRM and took a look at the leads and appointments. You personally signed up to get distressed motivated seller leads, and when I looked at the leads and appointments, we had leads going through pre-foreclosure, divorce and I remember a lady couldn't make their mortgage payment and most of the leads wanted to sell within 30 days or less.

I then asked for your permission to call them, with your approval, I shared my screen and called the leads LIVE and Most of the Appointments which you were supposed to take, NEVER got a response or a call from you.

Whenever a Investor partners with us, they join us understanding that this is going to be a 2-way relationship where both parties must both execute their jobs to the best of their ability in order for us to all win. Bolt Deals has fulfill and exceeded our agreement to our fullest potential, however Ryan, you weren’t not able.

Our job at Bolt Deals is to run ads to generate leads, qualify, vet and set them as an appointment if they're qualified and fit the criteria.

We did our job but unfortunately, you weren't able to do yours. Which impacts your ability to "make a return on your investment" and our Client Success Rate. We then decided to have a straight-forward chat and I decided to give you another few month for absolutely FREE to help you.

In addition, you had attempted to file a chargeback on all 3-months after the work has been done which is extremely unethical and wrong since we've done all the hard work on our end but are blaming us because you weren't able to holdup to your agreement entering this partnership.

When I had tried to reach out to you to resolve this, you constantly hung up on me many times.

I feel that it's extremely wrong that you would leave a review but I am totally ok with it because this is our first one.

I also believe that it extremely unethical to make us as a company look bad as they're already alot of bad marketing companies out there, when you the Client were unable to hold-up to your end of the bargain. We as a company have proof, screenshots, and recordings of absolutely everything so we will be taking the necessary steps to ensure that the truth does come out.
