Without a doubt, one of the BEST apps I'm using for my shop. The ability to not only add options, but also add conditional options, has been a game changer for my business. Special thanks to Mona and Aman for the 5-star service they provided as I migrate to a new theme. I ran into a couple of issues and they resolved them in record time. Wholeheartedly recommend the app and the service they provide.

Being able to set specific prices at different tiers for each individual product was a must for us and this app has allowed us to do just that! It is simple to use but provides a high quality result. The fact that I can decide the method of pricing tiers per product is great as well, whether it is a percentage discount or fixed amount is helpful for our different types of products. Also the support is great, when we ran into a small problem they were quick to get back to me and get the issue resolved (thanks Bhumi!). Very happy we found this app.

Excellent app so far. We have an online jewelry store, so we are always in the need of changing prices for a large number of items for every special sale, flash sales, season sale, etc., and Bold Discounts App came extremely helpful for us. The tech support team is excellent, their assistance is always friendly, professional and fast, very effective I must say, they have always made us feel relaxed and confident that they will always be accessible and friendly solving our doubts. So far we´re happy. Thanks Daniel and all the team members that have given us assistance at some point. All of them; AWESOME!

Great programme enabling me to run my subscription business. First class support too!

Bold Subscriptions has revolutionized our subscription service! Now it's incredibly easy for our customers to choose from a one-time purchase or weekly, biweekly, or monthly subscriptions. Since adding this app we've experienced an increase in customer retention and sales. The help team is incredibly efficient, responds quickly, and always has the right answers! Special shoutout to Priyanka for helping us work through our shipping options to make sure that things are correct and running smoothly! We're thrilled with this app.

This app is so perfect! Our web developers added another app to manage our subscriptions and while it was pretty simple to use, it was visually awful and lacked a lot of the features we wanted. I am a HUGE fan of Bold and have had five of their apps on my other store since 2015. I reached out and had a couple of live video chats with Peter. He literally held my hand and walked me through setting up the box. Then when it was time to migrate the original customers over from the other app, Alysha and Ashley were beyond amazing. Unfortunately, I have had to do everything myself because paying the developers gave me results I was not happy with. I used their live chat feature for a lot of little questions (how to manage customers accounts on the back end, how to offer discount codes, etc). Daniel was BEYOND patient with me and answered every question with detail for me to understand. I honestly don't know what I would have done without the four of them. The app is worth every penny. The customer service they gave me was truly going above and beyond. And the cool thing is that they each independently helped me. I don't know how to thank them enough.

Use the app on two of my stores now and plan to use it on two more that I am working on. Always prompt, great, customer service. One of the reps, Raphael, solved my latest install request quickly and to my satisfaction. Great app with lots of customization. Helpful staff and prompt responses to all requests. I tried other apps out there and as they almost have the same features Bold seems to be on top of things and will respond quickly whenever I have a question or modification request.

Honestly I tried to move to Recharge due to Bold not offering Paypal at checkout and I spent almost 2 months swapping from Stripe to Braintree just to have Paypal. The team at Bold has let me know they are working hard to allow paypal at checkout so thats good news. I find the options and functionality of Bold to be far superior to Recharge. Support in the past few days with Cody at Bold has been fantastic and he totally changed my mind about it. Thanks Cody

This app is really easy to implement. It's almost a plug and play type of app. Easy upsell and cross-sell that will help you position products on the frontline while the customer starts the checkout process. Just installed it on our boot store and planning to sell boot care kit and boot jacks as cross-sell. Pretty sure this app will help sell those products or at least a lot of customers will not be able to view them if not buy them. Not to mention Rajni is great, she helped me troubleshoot a minor issue and she knew everything about the app which makes her Support Rockstar.

We use this app all the time- huge help to update pricing. Installation was done by bold- took a few days- but works perfectly. They checked up personally to confirm that I was happy and the app was working properly.
Highly recommend the whole suite of Bold Products - we use quite a few on our site. Thank you Taylor for the hard work in getting the app to work with our site. He worked some amazing code magic- great job.

I thought I had a technical issue with my checkout, Oli phoned me TWICE (i missed the first one) and followed me up via email. He was incredibly patient and extremely helpful ensuring my issue was sorted as soon as possible. Incredibly understanding, the Bold subscription team is really good with getting back to your support issues as soon as possible. Thank you, so much OLI (who even emailed back an answer to my question after 11pm his time- clearly out of his work hours, and did so to assist me as he knew my store was going live that day) and all the team at BOLD who have been very helpful and even follow up to make sure queries I have, have been looked after.

I use this app for options and to add different types of text to enhance my site. Bold Commerce product options basically kept me from losing my products because I could have more than 3 options. They took their time to teach me as well as make changes to help me when I needed help. They have a great staff and great service. I would especially like to thank Dylan for their help as well as showing me how to make changes myself. Their service and product get five stars from me. Thank you Bold!!!

FYI, I'm using the Bold app "Bold Subscriptions" for Shopify. I purchased this app at a premium price thinking it would perform as it was described on their website. To start what I didn't like was the vague and convoluted instructions...they only cover the basics and not the more detailed, step by step instructions for various setups (which they show you these various setups minus how to achieve), as this app has several.

Next was the apps "Display Settings", this is where you can change fonts styles, colors, sizes, padding, etc. The app provides an nice simple editor that you fill in the desired changes. As a user you would expect once the changes have been made and saved, you could then re-fresh your browser to see your changes...NOPE! No changes, basically you will need to wait for at least 30 minutes or longer before the changes will finally take. I contacted the support team and was told that if I wanted to see immediate changes I needed to go into the "Snippets" code look for a .liquid page, scroll to a specific line of code and change a number within that code, save, and then clear your browser cache, re-fresh and then your changes will finally take. This is ridiculous, not productive at all..they're other solution was for me to create my own custom CSS. Of course, I could, but that defeats the whole purpose of the “Display Settings” editor. If they know this is an issue (and they do know) they should add a header stating “changes will NOT take immediately, allow 30 minutes”, or remove the editor all together until they fix this issue. I have yet to test more functions on this app, but if I find any more issues I will add them here.

On the positive side, I will say their support was fast, professional, and helpful, even though the issue remains unresolved.

BE AWARE. They try to steal your money through their own checkout processes and do not admit to their mistakes. We have tried to make this app work for the past ten days but only with issues.

It does not work well with some other apps we have on our store and worse, when we disabled all functions and removed the upsell offers they kept their scripts running and kept taking our money. When reaching out to the support staff we've been told we could not be reimbursed. Please do not go through the hassle of testing this and having them steal your money.

There are better after-checkout-upsells apps that this available, do not use their apps that make your website slow and steal your hard earn revenue!

This App is really Great compare to the app that i've been tried. They have also a Very Very Very AWESOME SUPPORT, they are very helpful, specially Scott, Sarah and Beth. They are ready to help you anytime. Would definitely RECOMMEND BOLD.

Seriously the worst (and most expensive) bunch of liars. They will claim their apps are fully customisable, but they're not. They will not be there to help you unless you pay them a fortune. They charge a crapload for their apps that never work properly. I am surprised they get away with this.

I am a web developer with 15 years of experience behind me. Here is the deal. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT INSTALLING THIS, THIS IS HELL, THIS IS CANCER IN YOUR STORE. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO UNINSTALL IT, IT LEAVES JAVASCRIPT REFERENCES IN YOUR STORE...... Now the reason why I am saying is this. You probably know about page speed. I installed these bold apps and I was so happy that I can now offer my customers these great things - quantity discounts and ability to sign up for auto shipping - WOW I thought that I will be on top of the world with these tools because nobody else offers it - well there is reason for that. My page speed went from being in the 60s to time outs. None of my clients were getting pages served. Because of these heavy BOLD javascripts and all the code that bold adds to the shopify theme, my requests were simply timing out. When you approach bold support, they pretend like they are not understanding you... If you want your store to have cancer and destroy your business - use it... I am now when I see BOLD, I will be running as far and as fast as I can from anything these F****#$*# have to offer.....
