Heatco Scotland Ltd Anmeldelser

Searching for a new Central Heating Boiler began with the beauty parade, Four Companies invited to tender the job. A well known major player, fell at the first hurdle as they had broken my old boiler whilst undertaking a service.
Kevin from Heatco, was knowledgeable and courteous, and the quote received and was detailed to the point of making it easy to compare with the other offerings.
Contract awarded, date of installation agreed, and text received on the morning of installation informing me to look out for Adam.
I never caught the bricklayers name, he must be a member of the magic circle, as you could not see where he had repaired the old vent hole. The electrician, a man light on his feet was in and out at the blink of an eye.
Adam was very efficient and cleaned up as he went and on completion.

Overall an excellent install from start to finish.

What can I say , but a big THANK YOU!!

Kevin was out to see me within a couple of hours, and I was give a very reasonable quote for replacement of my boiler , considering it was the Thursday before Easter , new boiler was fitted by the Wednesday,
Adam was able to arrive a little bit earlier for me in able to get to my workplace on time , on returning I would of expected a bit of dust , but no not a spec ( if anything clearer than when I left )

Thank you so much guy fantastic from start to finish .

Kevin was able to quote, using my photographs and also made a visit to discuss my requirements and answer my questions. Within two days Adam came and installed my Vaillant boiler. I am so pleased with the results. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone for their efficient service and attention to detail.

I had a great experience using heatco Scotland. Kevin and his team are all great. Fast and competent service and competitive prices. Sterling service, I highly recommend.

Received call back from Kevin within half hour, appointment within 2 days and new boiler fitted by Stevie within one week. Fantastic company to deal with. Great service at very competitive price vastly less than previous quote obtained. Definitely recommend. Service of a standard every company should strive for.

Kevin came when he said he would and looked at the job, discussed fully everything that would be done and gave an acceptable quote. Stephen came right on time on date arranged, worked diligently and done a first class job, when complete cleaned up and removed old boiler. Highly recommend

Arrived when said and text to give time engineer polite and cleaned up after himself explained everything he was doing and explained what happens for services great price and would recommend

Kevin and Adam were absolutely fabulous in installing our new boiler. We were quite impressed with their honesty on available dates during a super busy week, they tried their best to fit our slot considering we have a toddler.
They provided the best quote in terms of prices as conpared to other local businesses and also provided details of cheaper alternatives- their pros and cons and which one would be best in terms of both less installation hassle, best price and best for heat-retention ti save some pennies on gas bill, for our kind of set-up.
The installation was smooth and finished in one day , precisely 6-7 hours. Their dedication is unmatched and loved the fact that they followed up in a month’s time to check how we are getting on- little customer service touches creates a super satisfied customer base like ourselves. They left the house clean post installation and got rid of the old boiler as well. Overall, will use their services again in future and have recommended to many friends.

What a great company, Kevin came out within a day and gave me a down to earth and reasonable cost to replace an aging boiler, it was nice to hear just the information I needed from an engineer, not, a salesman, the fitting arrangements were made Stephen arrived on time on the day and made a great job, he even helped me out with a problem with a Hive thermostat I had purchased, fantastic job many thanks thoroughly happy to recommend these guys

Very efficient, work carried out in one day house left nice and tidy.Excellent firm would not hesitate to recommend them

At last a company that does what it says on the tin..excellent workmanship, punctual, pleasant and informative with an excellent price thrown in..no concerns here whatsoever and recommend highly.

After British Gas let me down and other installers that came recommended let me down, Kevin at Heatco got back to me the same day I contacted him and was out the next day to quote for a new boiler. After explaining my options and saving me £200+ on the boiler we agreed an installation date. Adam arrived early and installed the boiler quickly, was very friendly and left the place tidy.

Big thank you to Kevin and Stephen who installed our boiler and updated our pipes and electrics. We are very happy with our boiler and system. Kevin and Stephen were efficient, professional, and easygoing. I had to pop out they carried on working and watched over house for me, nothing was a probem. Thanks again.

The whole process, from getting a quote, to arranging installation, to the actual installation could not have been more professionally handled.

Kevin and Adam went above and beyond as the installation proved more difficult than expected due to issues with the previous set up

This is now three members of my family who have uses Heatco for new boilers and every time the service was exemplary

I would have absolutely no issues in recommending Heatco, in actual fact I already have

Superb. Excellent service at a good price. My old gas boiler finally stopped working and Heatco Scotland Ltd visited within a few hours to quote for the job, a price was agreed and Kevin even offered to loan me an electric heater for the 2 days I would be without heating. It was not required but the offer was appreciated.
The installation was quick and efficient. New hole was required and the old one was filled in with matching pebble dash. All pipe work was tidy.
A full check of the system was undertaken before the engineer left.
In summary, a great service at a very good price. I strongly recommend.

My old boiler was on its last legs so contacted Heatco to get a quote for a new one. Kevin came round, despite the snow and gave me a couple of options. I chose the one that suited me best and was able to get it fitted a few days later, just before Christmas. Very happy with the whole experience. Now don't have to worry about my boiler and have a cosy home. Highly recommend Heatco.

Our old boiler packed in and Kevin and Stephen were fantastic in quoting and installing our new one quickly. Really quick turnaround when we desperately needed it and a job well done.

Excellent service from Kevin and the team he has with him. Stephen installed our boiler and worked efficiently and with obvious experience. Cannot find a single fault. Highly recommended

Straightforward professional service. They did exactly what they said they would do efficiently and cleanly. Competitive price. Kevin communicates effectively, his colleague Adam who carried out the installation quietly got on with job. I would not hesitate to recommend Heatco Scotland to anyone looking to have a boiler installed. We are so grateful for the service they provide and can look forward to a warm Xmas with our family.

Kevin was great to deal with and Stevie was magic on the day, made life really easy for us and would use them again 10/10
