Great company, good customer service. The engineer was masked which was reassuring during lockdown. Fixed my boiler simply, then did some additional plumbing, and was on hand to help with an additional problem. Recommended.

I had a very good experience with this company replacing a new boiler at home. They’ve done the regular checks in every single radiator, giving tips and explained the best way to use and save money on gas bills. Polite and professional engineer. Definitely call again for my yearly boiler check. Thank you.

Boiler Breakdowns responded to what I thought was a pressure issue as suggested by another company who had been round more than five times. And it turned out that I needed to replace the boiler, as I had suspected for sometime, particularly when there was a loud bang while the gas engineer from Boiler Breakdown was there (not caused by him!).
They were great with their diagnosis and recommendations, patient while I checked out competitors and made a decision to go ahead with the work. Also, it was easy to speak to them on the phone and they responded to emails pretty quickly.
The work was done on time and very efficiently yesterday and so far, it is all going well. They have been a great find considering I found them through a google search though I did speak to six companies before I picked them.
Overall I would say that they are good, reliable and seem trustworthy, not the cheapest but not more expensive either, just offer competitive price and a good service.

We had a gas leak issue which resulted in not having any heating or gas for cooking for a day. Obviously we were really concerned and worried about how to get someone out to have a look and fix the problem. I chose Boiler Breakdowns and Plumbing Specialists after reading customer reviews and on recommendation, and took a chance. I am so glad I made the call! Our Gas Safe engineer was called Orich, a really lovely guy who instantly got to work without any fuss. Not only was he able to detect where the problem was early on, he reassured us of what he was going to do, to fix it. The original job was completed within half-hour of Orich arriving. Then seeing as we had him on site, we got Orich to do a full service on the boiler just to be doubly sure that everything was in working order. Again, no debate, just got on with the job in hand, whilst also helpfully explaining exactly what he was doing. Thank you to everyone at Boiler Breakdowns, really happy with the service provided, from the initial call taken early this morning, through to completion of both jobs and after care advice! Every care was also taken in adhering to COVID-19 guidelines. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great team and excellent service. No fuss, they simply get on and deliver the repairs and installation. Plenty of options for boilers to fit your requirements and budget. Highly recommended.

Great communication, professional and sorted out my boiler within days esp with everything going on we were very happy with the service and aftercare.

The company carried out work on my boiler as efficiently as possible. Honest and fair advice from the specialist on the ground, very professional and helpful.
One thing that would make the service 5 star for me is having the option to source any parts required (as long as from a well recognised vendor) as this could have reduced total cost significantly. I believe had we not been in a lockdown situation more options would have been available so still the best of all companies seen and spoken too.

Great service in the current climate. We had a leaking underfloor pipe. The engineer was with us within the hour and done within within an hour and a half. Efficient, courteous and even put the floor boards back. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, anddsiffused stressful situation. Excellent

Spoke to them on Fri, assessment same day, new boiler in on Monday at a reasonable price.Given the times we're in right now, that's more than a 5 star rating! Would definitely recommend
