Charlie was great- he arrived shortly after I spoke with Isabella about organising an apt! Charlie was very sweet, professional and polite he got on with the job at hand and informed me what was needed when asked. Only thing I would suggest is to inform the customer when you're arriving.

I will suggest this company in the future when anyone needs a plumber.

Absolutely wonderful service - very impressed with it from start to (almost) finish.

Supporting an elderly mum over a 100 mile round trip away is always tricky and particularly so when an issue with her home. Her boiler started leaking and we used Trust a Trader to find this company. They were great from first contact. Andrew who went to the call re the leak, was professional, considerate of my 88 year old mum and clear about the options. This occurred late p.m. on Monday. The quote was rung through to me immediately and we opted for replacement over repair. Due to her age and vulnerability they shifted their workplans and prioritised replacing her boiler (a full days job) for the next day. Andrew did a a great job. Reassured my mum and kept good contact with me by phone. Definitely use again.

So much easier and efficient than trying to deal with British Gas! I used Boiler Breakdowns for the installation of a new boiler in my rental flat during the first Covid lockdown, and they made the process so stress free. They have just come back to do a yearly check and sorted out the appointment with my tenant so quickly. Honestly, when I tried to use other companies they would turn up, not find the entrance to the flat and just leave! Or ring the bell but not call the tenant so she didn't know they were ever there! Would recommend to other landlords/private owners 100%.

Replaced our old boiler within two days of it breaking down. From start to finish service was professional, helpful and overall excellent. Would use again and recommend.

I love this company. Their response was quick and the engineer was very knowledgable. He diagnosed the problem immediately, a part was ordered and he was back very soon to sort out the problem. He was polite and efficient. It was also arranged for him to service my Megaflow water tank. I thought the cost was very reasonable, considering how well he completed the jobs.
After having had my boiler serviced for 7 years with another company which did very little and didn't pick up that there was a problem building up, I was very relieved to have the engineer from Boiler Breakdowns.
Also, a recent telephone request for copies of the paperwork for this job was promptly responded to.
I highly recommend them.

I'm loathe to leave a review because this company is so great to deal with. They always answer the phone, are really polite, always send someone out the same day and Adam, who usually is assigned the job is a fantastic plumber. Thanks to everyone.

My boiler had been playing up recently and so I called round to get some quotes. Although the most expensive, they were quick to book me in for the next day unlike the others that would be able to see me later in the week.
The engineer was early but was thorough in his work. Good job well done - a happy customer!
