Thank you so much for this beautiful and thoughtful review — it truly means the world to us!

We’re especially grateful for your support of the incredible Moroccan women artisans behind each rug. Every piece is carefully handmade over weeks of dedicated work, so knowing that you appreciate both the craftsmanship and the story behind it is incredibly meaningful.

It’s wonderful to hear that your custom order experience was smooth and that our team could support you throughout the process. We always aim to provide attentive, transparent communication, especially with custom pieces, so your feedback really reassures us that we’re doing things right.

We’re also so happy that you found the rug both unique and full of character — that improvisational, one-of-a-kind quality is exactly what makes handmade rugs so special. No two pieces are ever the same, and each one carries the personal touch of the artisan who created it.

For anyone considering ordering, our rugs are not only designed to be beautiful statement pieces, but also to be meaningful additions to your home — combining traditional craftsmanship, ethical production, and lasting quality.

Thank you again for your trust and support. We would absolutely love to create another piece for you in the future!

Dear Eva,

Thank you so much for your beautiful words — this truly means more to us than you can imagine.

Each rug we create is not just a product, but a story woven by hand, knot by knot, by skilled Berber women in Morocco. Behind every piece, there are hours, sometimes weeks, of dedication, patience, and ancestral craftsmanship passed down through generations.

Your appreciation of the cooperative is especially meaningful. When you choose one of our rugs, you are directly supporting over 300 women artisans and their families. You are helping preserve a tradition, empower communities, and keep this art alive in a world that is increasingly driven by mass production.

We are so happy that your rug found a place in your home — and even more grateful that you feel the “good karma” behind it. That is exactly what we hope every customer experiences: not just beauty, but connection, purpose, and authenticity.

Enjoy your rug for many years to come, and know that it was made with care, respect, and heart.

With deep gratitude,
Bohemia Marrakech

Thank you so much, Spela, for your beautiful words and for supporting our work. 🙏

At Bohemia Marrakech, every rug is more than just a decoration for the home. Each piece is carefully hand-knotted knot by knot by Berber women artisans in Morocco, using traditional techniques that have been passed down for generations.

Many of the women who create these rugs work from their homes or cooperatives around Marrakech. A single rug can take several weeks of patient craftsmanship, where every knot is tied by hand using natural wool. This is why each rug carries its own character, warmth, and authenticity.

When someone chooses a Bohemia Marrakech rug, they are not only bringing a beautiful piece into their home — they are also supporting hundreds of artisan families and helping preserve traditional Moroccan craftsmanship.

Knowing that our rugs find a place in homes around the world truly means everything to us.

Thank you again for your trust and support. We are honored to be part of your home.

We are truly sorry to read that you feel disappointed. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we never want any customer to feel unhappy with their purchase.

First, we would like to clarify that this rug was a custom-made order, carefully handcrafted specifically for you by Berber women artisans in Morocco. Each rug is made entirely by hand, knot by knot, using traditional techniques. Because of this handmade process, slight variations in tone and texture are natural and part of the authenticity of a true artisan rug. Lighting, screen settings, and natural wool variations can also affect how colors appear online compared to in person.

Regarding the return, we absolutely do accept returns. However, as explained in our policy, custom-made rugs and rugs that have been placed or used cannot be resold as new. Once a handmade rug has been unrolled, placed on the floor, and handled, it is no longer in its original production condition. As a small Moroccan business working directly with women artisans — not a large factory — we cannot absorb the full loss of a custom piece that was created especially for one client.

We also want to clarify that we always inspect every rug carefully before shipping. Quality control is extremely important to us because every piece represents weeks of manual work by our artisans.

We understand this situation is frustrating, and we remain open to respectful communication to find a fair solution. Our goal has always been to provide authentic, high-quality handmade Moroccan rugs while supporting traditional craftsmanship and the women who depend on this work.

To future customers reading this review: we are a small artisan business in Morocco, not mass production. Every rug is handmade, unique, and created with care. We are proud of our craftsmanship and the thousands of happy clients worldwide who value authentic Berber artistry.

We remain available to discuss this matter further and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.

Sincerely,
Bohemia Marrakech Team

Thank you so much for your beautiful words and for taking the time to share your experience. Reading your review truly means a lot to us.

We are a small family business based in Morocco, and every rug we create is made entirely by hand using traditional Berber techniques passed down through generations. There is no machine production in our workshop — each piece is carefully knotted by hand, knot by knot, by skilled Moroccan artisans, many of whom are women supporting their families through this craft.

Your visit to Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains makes your feedback even more special, because you have seen firsthand the authenticity and the heritage behind these rugs. Knowing that our work matched the quality of the local artisans you encountered is the greatest compliment we could receive.

As a small business, every order and every review directly supports our artisans and their families. We do not operate as a large factory — we work slowly, carefully, and respectfully with the materials and the traditions. That is why each rug carries not only wool and design, but also time, skill, and cultural history.

Thank you for trusting us and for supporting handmade craftsmanship from Morocco. We are deeply grateful for your support and hope our rugs bring warmth and beauty to your home for many years to come.

With sincere appreciation,

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are truly delighted to hear that you are very satisfied with your rug and that you appreciate its softness and beautiful, luminous character.

Each of our rugs is carefully handmade in Morocco by skilled artisans using natural wool, and it means a lot to us when our customers can feel the quality, craftsmanship, and warmth in every piece. The softness you describe is one of the most special qualities of authentic Moroccan wool, and the subtle shine comes from the natural fibers and traditional weaving techniques passed down through generations.

Your kind words not only encourage our team, but they also support the talented women who dedicate their time and expertise to creating these rugs by hand. Knowing that the rug has found a happy home with you makes all the effort worthwhile.

Thank you again for your trust and support. We hope your rug continues to bring comfort, elegance, and warmth to your space for many years to come. If you ever need anything in the future, we are always here for you.
