BOFI Racing offers a decent service for those in need of MX-5 parts and advice. Their staff, especially Andy, is knowledgeable and patient, and they maintain a good stock of items. While their prices are competitive and they’re helpful in answering queries, the overall experience is satisfactory, hence the three-star rating.

Excellent support from Andy, who assisted me with placing an order for an item that could not initially be shipped internationally due to size restrictions and VAT regulations in my country. He was patient and guided me through the entire process.

BoFi has everything you would need for your MX-5. The parts are good quality and at a decent price but the best thing is the customer service.

Needed a new exhaust for my NC, called BoFi and the rep advised me on the best one for my car that would also pass an MOT. Ordered the custom exhaust and the delivery was taking some time due to fabrication. Called again to find out how long it would take and it had just arrived. Jack was very kind on the phone and had it shipped to me the same day.

Absolutely 10000/10 customer service from BOFI racing!! What a pleasure to work with; every single person I speak to on the team no matter the question or issue they are always super helpful and polite. I ordered a set of BC racing coilovers and Ultralite Alloys for my NA. I'm very new to the car scene and was advised to use rust penetrating oil the day before, as well as was walked through how to setup the coilovers themselves such as which settings are recommended for the dampening, how high to set the coilovers before fitting them to the vehicle and some general tips and tricks on making the lowering process easier. Delivery was super quick, response times are brilliant and there's always someone available to answer the phone. A fantastic selection of products on their website (I wish they had more tbh). All round an amazing experience from start to finish, will absolutely be coming back to them in the future. Thank you to the BOFI Racing team, keep doing what you're doing for the Miata community!

Amazing service from BOFI both in doing everything they can to dispatch a product at record breaking speed through to amazing advice on a product they don't even sell.

I'm lucky enough through lots of Porsches to have dealt with some high end parts suppliers but BOFI are really right up there.
