Grazie ancora per aver spiegato a tutti come funzionano le consegne dei pacchi negli e-commerce. Specifichiamo che 1) Lei ha ordinato, senza pagare nulla con opzione pagamento alla consegna, 2) che è normale che bisogna essere a casa quando viene BRT esso non si mette a personalizzare agli orari e giorni più comodi per tutti idestinatari delle sue consegne ci vorrebbero 1000 di autisti dedicati. 3) che se lei paga con carta, Brt quando le porta i pacco coma AMAZON lascia il pacco a qualcuno che firma o chiama al cellulare il destinatario avvisandolo che lascia il pacco. Cosi funziona il mondo.

Hello, we're replying to you via email for the third time, and we've now added it to TrustPill. You ordered on December 20th at , the package was shipped, and DPD sent you the tracking information via email (it may be in your spam folder). All packages shipped to Europe during the Christmas period have been delayed or are still pending delivery. This is now common knowledge throughout Europe. Now you're using the term "scam" to refer to our site. Be careful! We've already forwarded your public review and all your information to our legal representative in Lisbon, who will be able to file a possible defamation lawsuit against our site if you don't correct your review and remove the word "scam" from our site by January 10, 2026. We don't allow defamatory terms referring to our site, especially once the package has been shipped and is in the hands of the courier. You read on our homepage that in Europe it usually takes 5-6 business days to get a delivery. If you exclude holidays, they haven't even passed since you ordered. We have all the necessary legal steps to protect ourselves. Did you read the hundreds of positive reviews below this one before suggesting a scam?
Not a reliable company.
1) I was delivered the wrong product, namely Officinalis Arnica Gel 90%, whereas I had ordered “Officinalis Arnica Gel 90% E Riparti Naturale efficace immediata.” However, it was claimed that this was the same product. This is incorrect. I checked the ingredients and there is indeed a difference.
2) The order was placed in Dutch. I knew that this gel was not available in Belgium, but only in Italy. I then received a message from “shipping,” which I already found strange. I couldn’t even download an invoice and had to send a message twice. When I finally received the invoice by email, I saw that the gel came from the U.S.A., specifically Lewes, Delaware. I paid €19.90 for standard shipping.
3) I was first asked in English to write a review, and shortly afterwards in Italian. This raises serious questions about the professionalism and transparency of this company.

Hello, there's no fault on our part in shipping you the product, nor any doubts about our professionalism, as you claim.
1) You received exactly what you ordered. You can compare the photo of the product you received with the one on the website. They are exactly identical, as we immediately wrote in response to your support email.
2) There's no law that requires you to download an invoice from the website; you can simply request it via email, which you've never done.
3) The website offers translations into 14 languages. If the automatic translator poorly translated a word from English to Dutch, this can happen because the translator is automatic and can make mistakes on thousands of words, even one word.
4) You paid €19 for shipping, as indicated on the website before purchasing. If you think that's too much, why did you buy the product?

I would like to answer the question form the customer. I bought it, but only realized later that there different companies have better prices. Totally my fault. Regarding the return part. Sent it back to you, but you haven’t taken it back. I gave you the tracking number and the information that it was already there and they tried to deliver it to you but nothing happened. Afters a few weeks it was returned to me.

1) Why did you buy the product if it's expensive? Did someone force you? We didn't.
2) The goods can be returned as per our clear terms and conditions of sale, which you accepted by ticking the box at the time of purchase. If you exercise your right to a change of heart within the 15 days required by law, you can do so, but you must return the goods to us at your own expense. Did you receive the product you ordered immediately, if you made a mistake when purchasing it? Why didn't you return it to us via your courier? We have the email we sent you as proof, where it clearly states that we accept returns once purchased, but you must send them back to us if you make a purchase and then no longer want the product. Finally, we are confident that anyone reading this review will be able to freely and intelligently form their own opinion on what happened.

On July 29, 2025, at 9:57 AM, I ordered a package of "Durolane" (Hyaluronic Acid) from Bodypharm for injections for severe knee osteoarthritis, order 192986. It was confirmed as "ORDER SHIPPED."
On August 4, at 4:07 PM, I received the following message: "Mr. Julio Llauradó, your shipment from ALMAND SHIPMENTS BODYPHARM has been delayed."
On August 5, BODYPHARM contacted me asking:
How do you rate your experience with us?
I answered that question in my first comment to Bodypharm.
On August 11, Bodypharm contacted me again to tell me:
1. That the order will be delivered without problems.
2. That the product will not be damaged.
3.- I have written a review on Trustpilot that seems FALSE AND ARROGANT, and I need to delete it or they will contact their lawyer in Madrid.
Anyone who reads my initial review on Trustpilot can see that it is neither false nor arrogant, and that this review is due to Bodypharm asking me, "How was my experience with them?" when they haven't verified that I haven't received their product.
I had to purchase the medication from another supplier due to the delay and obvious lack of coordination, which is why I gave them one star.
