Shocking company. Misleading photos and videos. Website email address itself is misleading. On contact with an issue, email responses rude and continues to mention the non issue dress.

Do not order from this company!
Do not order from this company!! It is clear they take photos from other websites (House of CB). You think you're getting a great deal and the dress arrives in a laughable state. Poorly manufactured. The website stated the dress waa 10% spandex but upon checking the care label it was 100% polyester. I sent photos to customer service, including a photo of the care label expecting an immediate refund or prepaid return label. What did they do? They expected me to cover the costs of returning it to Australia, even though it didn't come from there. Also had the nerve to suggest other dresses that had spandex if that was the look I was going for. A bad item can be made up for if customer service is good, this company has neither good quality items, or good customer service. My advice to anyone, order the high end brand, you deserve it! Or Shein (that would also be better quality).

Stunning!
Although I don’t have photos in the dress yet, I can tell I picked the perfect one to get married in!!! Shipping did take about 5 days extra than the estimated delivery, so give yourself extra time for shipping!! The fabric is soft, comfortable, and lightweight. The dress itself was packaged with care and had no rips tears or stains when it arrived. The fit is pretty true to size, the one I got is off the shoulder so the bust is a bit different but the waist/hip sizing is perfect! Cant wait for my fiance to see me in it!

Quality is terrible
Quality is terrible, my sister got the exact same dress from shein and the quality was exactly the same. Same label inside, thin, cheap quality. She got her shein dress for £11… I paid £57 for the same dress. Never again, don’t recommend.

I had to return a dress customer care…
I had to return a dress customer care were very prompt dealing with my questions as i ordered from Ireland choose store credit as i wanted smaller size only issue was returning the dress was expensive because i was shipping back to Australia from Ireland but thats not the Bodycon collections fault.
Will definitely be ordering more in the future

Do NOT buy from this brand
Do NOT buy from this brand. The quality of the clothes are horrible, and they steal their model pictures from other brands, for example babyboo, another australian company, but send cheaply manufactured flimsy clothes in return. When you try to return the item, they tell you that they can only provide a gift card or store voucher as the item was on sale, however EVERY ITEM on their website is on sale. It’s just a scam website and needs to be taken down.

VERY BAD RETURN POLICY
I bought a dress from this store for my graduation party. It arrived 2 days late so I couldn't wear it. I ordered a size M, it was also way too long and too big on top. I wanted to return it because my graduation party was already over and the only options are that stupid store credit or gift card. This is so unfair and such a scam! Stupid of me to fall for it! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! IF YOU WANT TO RETURN IT YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!

Terrible, cheap, stinky
The dress itself is terrific. The material is very synthetic, not breathable, tent type material to be honest. The colour is also very different from the pictures. The string that is on the back, which is made to snatch the waist, is sewn really poorly, its already tearing apart. The whole dress is so badly sewn its torn in some parts, there are places where strings are pulled and etc. The corset/waist that is supposed to be long is short, half of the length than what is displayed in the photos. I have C-D cups, they dont fin in the M sized dress, the part where the boobs are supposed to go is so small my areolas are out. The dress stinks really bad. 120€ (60€ on sale) for temu quality, not a single "brand" tag, just a basic "M made in China".

I wouldn’t recommend this store
It is a small company with very poor return policies — good luck trying to resolve an issue if something goes wrong. The sizing does not match Australian standards, and the fabric looks quite different from the images online (the quality is also very poor). Disappointing experience overall.

It was perfect!
My other baby shower dress was too big. I had never bought anything let alone known about Bodycon, I goggled shoulder lace dresses and their website came up. I was absolutely taking a risk-with size, shipping..but it got delivered on the morning of my baby shower and it FIT! I got lots of compliments and plan to wear for my maternity shoot. 8 months pregnant and I bought a M, 5’7, 177lbs. Some things JUST work out! All the glory to Jesus! Thanks Bodycon!!!

I have just received two dresses that I…
I have just received two dresses that I have ordered for a wedding and they are too small. Not a problem, will return. It’s not allowing me to do so and only giving me store credit option. These dresses were not as I am aware of on sale and it makes no sense as to why I cannot get my money back. I am appalled by this set up and I feel quite sick at the thought of spending money on two dresses that do not fit me!!!

Not a UK company!!
It needs to be clearer that it is not a UK company and in fact from Australia. I am still waiting on items ordered 2 weeks ago and I have wedding to attend in 2 days! Very likely that going to have to find something else to wear to the event. I might also be liable for customs fee which is annoying. Very inconvenient.
I want my money back!!! Not store credit. This company is very deceptive. Please avoid!!!
