They don't do refund, if the dress don't fit you your money is gone.
They also have a very tiny warning labels that can be misleading to your purchase.
I don't recommend this online store at all, go buy somewhere else.

They won't refund your money back!
Ladies, be careful. If you don't like a dress, you will be refunded with stock credits. I want this practise to be archaic in 2025. I'm allowed to buy a dress, try it, and return it, and get my money back. Absolutely terrible experience.

I ordered a skirt
I ordered a skirt. It did not fit. I have tried to return it to get a different size. I have sent many emails. I have been told a label was sent. I have looked through all emails from bodycon. I have looked in spam and trash folders. I have received all emails from bodycon except an email with a return label? They have told me it was sent twice but I have looked through every email and still no label?

Do not shop. I ordered a dress from here and it was a disappointment, fit terribly & I really didnt want to order a replacement dress but they don't offer refunds. So I ordered a replacement and of course had the same issue. Second dress did not look like photos online. I reached out to them to ask for a refund because I'm going through family trauma and truly don't have the energy to keep ordering dresses i don't want + you get docked a shipping fee each time so your money dwindles down & instead they actually said if I want to continue the return, Not only would i not get a refund but they charged me an EXTRA shipping fee and then removed the original replacement dress gift card so I'd only be getting a $17 credit toward another dress i dont even want. Now I'm stuck with this dress - already paid the shipping fee before realizing. An enormous waste of money, energy and material. You'll notice on the bad reviews they keep saying they offer a 'generous 60 day return window' but forget to mention how long they take to respond and also have just completely stopped responding altogether now as I'm sure they don't want to deal with me or give any money back. (From an optimist who never writes reviews)

Dress was cut so small on the chest that it didn’t cover the nipple! I’ve remade the top out of some of the hem to get it a normal size. You need to assume at least a B cup with dresses for adult females. Pattern cutter needs retraining.

Dress wasn’t worth the 230 dollar price…
Dress wasn’t worth the 230 dollar price tag. Material was thin and fully polyester, the skirt did not come with the pink petticoat/ extra layer of fabric under the skirt that the model had and when I decided to zoom in on the photos it is clear that they were AI edited due to the blending hands and hands with 6 fingers. Bodice was not the exact same as the model either and had slight differences as well as the corset just being printed on rather than an actual corset material. Shipping took a week and a half longer than advertised, however customer service was pretty good as they responded to my email about where my dress was pretty quickly.
Update: the dress was taken down from the website it was the pixi midi dress. Other dresses have the AI editing though, please look carefully at the dresses if purchasing and look for any weird hands or pockets that don’t exist on the product

Unless you are based in Australia I…
Unless you are based in Australia I would not use this service. Due to time in shipping you don't really have the time to send back within the requisite timeframe. Hence I have paid 90 quid for a dress that they have now said wasn't returned within their 'timeframe' and now have to pay to have it shipped back to me even though it doesn't fit. I'd avoid. There are some amazing places in the UK that do great bodycon dresses and have a much more reasonable return policy. Their option was for me either to donate my dress to "charity" or to pay almost 100gbp to have it returned, a dress that doesn't fit - they wouldn't even exchange it for one that fits.

I’m really sorry for the frustration you’ve had with your return. We do offer a generous 60-day return window, and we encourage customers to send returns as soon as their order is delivered, which will reach us within 10 days.
In this case, we can see the return was sent at the last minute and arrived after the 60-day period.
Our team has already reached out to talk through the options available as per our returns policy for items received past their return window. These include return postage fees to get your item sent back to you through Australia Post (approx £7 GBP), you choose to discard your items, or you can choose to donate your item to one of our charity partners. Our returns centre unfortunatley cannot gauantee that your requested exchange item will be in stock.
